Wand Dynamics
Material to be used: A bundle of 16 sticks (barbecue skewers can be used)
Objective: Union of the group. Faith as a force that can bring together, unite, and give strength to people.
1. Ask one of the participants to take one of the sticks and break it. (which they will do easily).
2. Ask another participant to break five sticks together in one bundle (it will be a little more difficult).
3. Ask another participant to break all the remaining sticks; if they can't, they may
call another person to help you.
4. Ask all participants to talk about what they observed and concluded.
5. Conclude with a reflection on the importance of being united.
Dynamics: Two masks
Materials: Blank sheets, Pens or markers, 50 cm string, Scissors.
Development: Each participant receives a
blank page. On each side of the page, draw a mask and write:
Side 1: That which you think you are. (happy, sad, ugly, beautiful.) (How I see myself)
Lado 2: Escreve como os outros me vêem. (3 aspectos como os outros me vêem.)
Put the mask on the face on the side 'how I see myself'. Move around the environment reading what is written.
in the mask of others and allowing people to read what is written on yours.
After a while, measure the side of the mask and continue to circulate, getting to know each other. Share in a group.
how each one thinks they are, what others think, etc...
Dynamics: Self-confidence
Material: Eye mask.
Development: Form pairs with the whole group. In each pair, one person is blindfolded and the other
leads her for a walk, putting her through various situations (if possible) Stairs,
middle of chairs.
After a few minutes, switch roles.
In the end, to do an evaluation: How was the experience, how did you feel?, how was it to be guided?,
how was it to drive?
We must surrender ourselves into God's hands without fear, let God guide us.
Node dynamics
Material: Not necessary
Development: The participants standing form a circle and hold hands. Ask them not to
Forget about who is to your left and right.
After this observation, the group should walk freely. At a signal from the facilitator, the group must
stop walking and each one must remain in the exact place they are. Then each participant
should give a hand to the person next to them (without leaving their place, that is, from where they are) hand
right for those who held the right hand and left hand for those who held the left hand.
(As in the beginning). Surely, it will be a bit difficult due to the distance between those who were
next at the beginning, but the animator has to motivate so that no one changes or leaves the place or
switched the companion I was holding hands with.
As soon as everyone is connected with the same teammates, the facilitator asks them to return to the
natural position, but without letting go of each other's hands and in silence. (The group must untie the knot made
and return to the initial circle, moving silently.) If after some time you cannot
return to the initial position, the animator releases communication. Finally, the shared experience is shared.
(highlight the difficulties.)
Note: It is always possible to untie the knot completely, but the larger the group, the more difficult it becomes.
We suggest that if the group exceeds 30, the others only participate from the outside.
Dynamic: 30 SECONDS
- Participantes: 10 a 30 pessoas
Estimated Time: 30 minutes
Modality: Debate.
Objective: Encourage equal participation from everyone in meetings and avoid side interruptions.
- Material: None.
- Descrição: O coordenador apresenta um tema a ser discutido pelo grupo. Baseado neste tema, cada
each member has thirty seconds to speak on the presented topic, with no one, in
under no circumstances, may exceed the stipulated time, while others do
members must remain completely silent. If the comment ends before the end of the
time, everyone must remain silent until the end of this time. At the end, the word the theme may
to be, then, openly debated. The coordinator can also divert, using as a theme, for
example, "knowing how to listen and speak", introducing questions such as:
Do we know how to respect and listen (and not just hear) to the opinion of others?
Did we manage to synthesize our opinions clearly and objectively?
Dynamics: EXCHANGE OF A SECRET
Participants: 15 to 30 people
- Tempo Estimado: 45
Modality: Personal Issues.
- Objetivo: Fortalecer o espírito de amizade entre os membros do grupo.
Material: Pencil and paper for the participants.
Description: The coordinator hands out a piece of paper and a pencil to each member who will need to
to write about some problem, anguish, or difficulty that you are going through and cannot express
orally.
It should be recommended that the roles not be identified unless the member wishes so.
The papers should be folded in a similar manner and placed in a container in the center of the
group. The coordinator randomly distributes the roles among the members. At this point, each
the member must analyze the received problem as if it were their own and seek to define what their solution would be
solution for it. After a certain interval of time, defined by the coordinator, each member
I must explain to the group in the first person the problem received and the solution that would be used to address it.

comments or questions. Then the debate is opened regarding the issues raised and the
presented solutions.
Possible inquiries:
How did you feel when describing the problem?
How did you feel explaining someone else's problem?
How did you feel when your issue was reported by someone else?
In your opinion, did the other person understand your problem?
Did you manage to put yourself in their situation?
Did you feel that you understood the other person's problem?
How did you feel about the other members of the group?
Have their feelings towards others changed as a result of the dynamics?
Dynamic: OPEN YOUR EYE MY BROTHER
Participants: 7 to 30 people
Estimated Time: 20 minutes
Modality: Society View.
Objective: To become aware of the unequal struggle we face in our society.
Material: Two cloths to cover the eyes and two slippers or sticks made with rolled newspapers
in the form of a baton.
- Observation: Possible readings of the Gospel - Mk 10:46-52 or Lk 24:13-34.
- Descrição: Dois voluntários devem ter os rostos cobertos e devem receber um chinelo ou porrete.
Then they should start a fight of the blind, to see who hits the other more in the dark. The rest of the
the group just watches. As soon as the 'fight' starts, the coordinator signals for the group not to say anything

context of today's society. The reaction of the participants can be very varied. For this reason, it is
it is advisable to reflect on some stances such as: indifference x indignation; applauding the aggressor x

Who did they root for? What does this have to do with our reality? What blind spots are we facing?
Today? What does it mean to have your eyes blindfolded? Who sets the rules of the game of social life,
political and economic today? How can we contribute to removing the sales from the eyes of those who do not
