Class 6, Sec B
Session: Afternoon
South Point High School
Subject: Application regarding missing pens and wristwatch
Respected Ma’am,
I am the father of Kojagori Roy, a student of Class 6, Sec B, Session
Afternoon, Roll No. 25, ID No. 17-0151. I would like to respectfully inform
you that my daughter’s personal belongings have gone missing during
school hours on three separate occasions.
Her first pen went missing on Friday, 21st November, right after the
Science period. The second pen went missing on Friday, 28th November,
also right after the Science period. Finally, her wristwatch went missing on
Monday, 1st December, after the SSC period, or at least she does not
remember seeing it after that time. All incidents occurred while she was
present in the classroom but was not at her designated place.
Despite careful searching of her bag, the classroom area, and making
informal inquiries, these items could not be traced. These belongings were
valuable items.
Therefore, I kindly request you to please make a general announcement in
the class and, if possible, arrange to check the classroom CCTV footage
for the mentioned dates and time periods, as the items went missing in
the whole class environment.
I shall be extremely thankful for your kind cooperation and support in
resolving this matter.
Thanking you.
Yours sincerely,
Father of Kojagori Roy
