REFLECTION

WEB is a program where 8th graders help 6th


graders on a day called Pirate Kickoff and then
we make connections to check in with them and
more! This is a program basically to help the 6th
graders!I chose the activity, WEB, because I
really love helping people. WEB gave me a great
chance to since I could help the incoming 6th
grade students to show Peterson and help them
on the first day of school to their classes, get
them comfortable with middle school, and to ask
questions. We trained for 2 days of our summer
to show the 6th graders around on Pirate
Kickoff and to help them and answer any
questions they might have had. I really liked
this activity because I got to aid the 6th
graders and got to show them our beautiful
campus. I learned a lot through WEB like
teamwork and leadership. I would do this
activity again because as I said earlier, I LOVE
TO HELP!!!
