Subject: Reply to Notice Dated 29.11.2025

Sir,

Respectfully, I, Ravindra Nath Mishra, resident of Room No. 89, wish to submit my clarification
regarding the notice issued on 29.11.2025 referring to the incident that took place in the hostel mess
on 28.11.2025 around 8:00 PM.

First of all, I would like to state clearly that I was not involved in any physical fight or misconduct.
On the contrary, I was actively trying to stop the fight and calm down the situation so that peace
could be maintained inside the mess.

I would also like to bring to your kind attention an important concern which was not mentioned in
the notice — the student Avanish Arya had entered the mess along with his local friends, who are
not residents of the hostel. It was they who initiated the fight, which created panic and disturbance
among the hostellers.

This raises a serious question regarding hostel security, as it is unclear how outsiders were allowed
to enter not only the hostel premises but also the hostel mess, which is supposed to be a restricted
area for residents only. I humbly request that this matter be investigated so that such incidents can
be prevented in the future.

Sir, I have always followed hostel rules sincerely and maintain respectful behavior. I humbly
request you to kindly consider my explanation and remove my name from the list of students
accused of misconduct, as I was only trying to control the situation and prevent further escalation.

I assure you that I will continue to uphold discipline and support the hostel administration in
maintaining peace and order.
