REPORT OF MOST SIGNIFICANT TASK

Task:
Reconditioning of rear motor support and gearbox support.

Description of the process:

The mechanical assistance of the 2004 Hyundai Trajet vehicle is being carried out, which consists of

to tow the vehicle to the workshop since two supports were broken (rear support)
the motor and box support) causing the engine to fall.
Upon arriving at the workshop, we secure the vehicle to immobilize it, and we lift the hood,
we remove the accumulator or battery, we disassemble the air filter to be able to observe
the damage caused.
The breakdown of the aforementioned supports is confirmed and we proceed to lift the
vehicle with jack stands and secure with jack stands. Then remove the two supports
in poor condition.
In this case, I note that the vehicle is of the Hyundai brand, but it has a 3S engine.
what is from the brand Toyota so its supports were not original, they manufactured
supports to make the adaptation and for the same reason it had to be welded and reinforced
same supports.
With the supports ready, the engine is lifted with the help of a jack.
lizard, the rear engine mount is installed. For the gearbox mount, the
same operation and with the help of levers to fit in place.
Once both supports are installed, the air filter, battery, and
insurance. We lift the vehicle again with the help of jack stands, we remove the
A-frames.
The engine is started and tests are conducted while driving the vehicle, finding no issues.
no abnormal sounds or effects on other parts of the engine or the vehicle.
