The fruit of the Spirit is temperance.

Verse to memorize

But I hit my
body, and I put it in
servitude, lest
having been a herald for
others, I myself come to be
deleted
But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.
