Height Growth Routine (4–6 Month Plan)

■ Morning Routine
■ 6:00–6:30 AM — Wake Up
- Drink warm water + lemon
- 5–10 min deep breathing / warm-up
■ 6:30–7:15 AM — Exercise
- Hanging — 3 sets × 30 seconds
- Skipping (jump rope) — 3 sets × 100 jumps
- Cobra stretch — 3 sets × 30 sec
- Cat-cow stretch — 3 sets × 20 reps
- Forward bend stretch — 3 sets × 20 sec
- Swimming or sprinting 2–3 times per week
■ 7:30 AM — Breakfast
- 2 boiled eggs / omelette
- 1 glass milk
- 2 brown bread slices or oats
- 1 fruit (banana / apple)

■ Lunch (1:00–2:00 PM)


- Chicken / fish / lentils (daal)
- Brown rice / roti
- Fresh salad
- 1 glass lassi / milk

■■ Evening (5:00–6:00 PM)


- Light snack (nuts, banana, milkshake)
- Short walk or stretching 10–15 min

■ Night Routine
