Event: Scouting Activity
Duration: 2 Days
Masters of Ceremony: Juancho Jataos and Cristobal Morallos
DAY 1
PART I – Opening Program
Juancho:
Good morning, everyone! A wonderful and cheerful day to all our scouts, leaders, teachers, and
guests! Welcome to our much-awaited Scouting Activity!
Cristobal:
Indeed, Juancho! Today marks another meaningful experience as we learn, explore, and
strengthen our spirit of teamwork and service — the true mark of a scout!
Juancho:
To start our program, let us be in the spirit of reverence. May we all bow our heads and feel the
presence of the Almighty as we begin with our Opening Prayer.
(Pause for Prayer)
Cristobal:
Thank you for that solemn prayer. Now, let us show our love for our country. Everyone, please
stand for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, followed by Panunumpa sa
Watawat ng Pilipinas, Panunumpa ng Scout, and Batas ng Scout.
(Play canned music; participants recite pledges and Scout law)
Juancho:
Thank you, everyone. Now, to set our minds and hearts for today’s activity, here’s our “Thought
for the Day” to be delivered by Sir Michael Lopido.
(Sir Michael shares his message)
Cristobal:
Thank you, Sir Michael, for that inspiring thought! Truly, it reminds us that scouting is not just
an activity—it’s a way of life.
Juancho:
Now, to officially welcome all of us and to give her heartfelt message, let’s give a warm round of
applause to Ma’am Ofelia Gelina for her Welcome Remarks.
(Applause – Ma’am Ofelia delivers her message)
Cristobal:
Thank you very much, Ma’am Ofelia! Your words surely inspire our scouts to give their best and
enjoy this two-day event with enthusiasm and discipline.
Juancho:
Before we proceed to our fun and challenging activities, let us first meet the people behind this
event. Let’s have the Introduction of the Scouting Staff!
(Introduction of staff)
PART II – Activities / Games
Cristobal:
Now we move on to the most exciting part of today—our Activities and Games! This is where
teamwork, creativity, and sportsmanship shine.
Juancho:
Scouts, remember — it’s not about winning or losing, it’s about learning and enjoying together.
Let’s give it our best shot and keep that Scout spirit alive!
Let the activities and games begin!
(Proceed to games and activities as scheduled)
PART III – Torch Parade
Cristobal:
As the day comes to a close, we celebrate unity and camaraderie through our symbolic Torch
Parade. The light we carry represents the flame of service, courage, and brotherhood among
scouts.
Juancho:
Let’s keep the fire of scouting burning bright within our hearts. Scouts, let’s begin the Torch
Parade!
(Torch Parade begins)
DAY 2
Morning Activity – Extreme Challenge
Cristobal:
Good morning once again, scouts! I hope everyone had a restful night because today’s adventure
will test your endurance, teamwork, and bravery.
Juancho:
That’s right! Prepare yourselves for our EXTREME CHALLENGE! Remember: Stay safe,
cooperate with your group, and most importantly—enjoy every moment!
(Extreme Challenge begins)
Closing Program
Cristobal:
What an amazing two days it has been! We’ve seen courage, friendship, and the true essence of
scouting.
Juancho:
As we close this year’s Scouting Activity, let’s take the lessons we’ve learned — discipline,
leadership, and service — and apply them in our everyday lives.
Cristobal:
To officially conclude our event, let’s give ourselves a big round of applause! Congratulations,
everyone! You are all true scouts!
Juancho:
Once again, this has been Juancho Jataos…
Cristobal:
…and Cristobal Morallos, your Masters of Ceremony.
Both:
Thank you, and see you on our next scouting adventure! Scout salute! 👋🏼
