An Integrated Management System in Mining is of vital importance for companies.

mining, so it is essential to optimize processes to make them more effective
and efficient, achieving better results with it.
To improve their management, the entities belonging to the Mining Sector have been

An Integrated Management System for quality, environment, and safety and health
labor is the solution for mining companies, as it allows for control of the
developed activities and the possible risks that interfere with achieving improvement

external to the dynamics of business production (clients and suppliers
fundamentally), play an important role today in design, production and

of Quality, that allows us to organize and optimize our processes based on the
ISO 9001:2000 standard, considering Quality Management as a factor
essential for integrating the Standards (of Safety and Environmental), since the structure
such systems are similar to ISO 9001:2001 Quality which seeks
fundamentally the continuous improvement that refers to the policy which is based on
Principles of being understood, applied, and maintained permanently by all
levels of the organization. In this statement of general principles such as the policy
it establishes what is related to Customer satisfaction and Product Quality.
As examples of benefits that are being perceived in the Organization such as
consequence of the implementation of the Quality system, we can mention:

Certification Services Inc., Milpo has received the Certification of the ISO Standard
9001:2000, both for the El Porvenir Mining Unit as well as for the
Corporate Office based in Lima. As well as the ISO Standard.
