Procedure

Process the chickpeas along with the cooked pumpkin and the
condiments
Place the egg, the provencal herbs, and salt on a plate, mix.
Make Milanesitas with your hands, dip them in the egg and
then through breadcrumbs (if they are not dipped in egg they will go
directly to the bread
Chickpea and bean curry
Onion one unit
Bell pepper, one unit
Two zucchinis
Garlic a tooth
Curry a tablespoon
Paprika one tablespoon

One cup of cooked chickpeas
A cup of cooked rice
Cooked white beans one cup
Milk or water a cup
A cup of cornstarch

Procedure

Chop the vegetables and sauté in a pan with a tablespoon of


oil, add the cooked legumes, cooked rice and
