GENERALITIES
1.1Object
Establish rules for the correct use of the
uniforms in all the activities carried out by the staff
military, inside and outside of military facilities.
1.2Purpose
a. Ensure uniformity in presentation and
image of the military personnel of the Army.
b. Strengthen pride and sense of belonging of
military personnel, which positively impacts culture
organizational of the Army.
1.3Scope
The established rules apply to all personnel.

1.5Definitions
a. Uniform
Set of clothing, peculiar and distinctive
that, according to the respective regulation, are used by the members
of the Armed Forces.

beret
Cloth cap without a brim, round and flat, and
generally of a single piece.

A ribbon of a certain width that goes around the arm
above the elbow and serves as a distinguishing feature.

Military shoulder pad in the form of a shovel, like the
epaulet, but without tubes, which serves as a insignia,

CHAPTER 2
ARMY UNIFORMS
Section I. BASIC CONSIDERATIONS
2.1 General prescriptions

correctly, according to the rules that
indicates the present regulation.
The use of uniforms will be mandatory in the
following cases or events:
To attend

to remain in the
military dependencies.
To attend offices or institutions
state officials, for matters of an official nature.
3) For acts of service, inside or outside of the
military facilities.
4) To attend official events.
It is mandatory to carry the personal identity card.
as a complement to the uniform, to identify oneself
when requested by the Military Police, the personnel of
the preventive guards and anyone who wishes

Embassies or Military Attachés, attend to
ceremonies and receptions for the celebration of
Patriotic anniversary, Armed Forces Day, of
Army, Navy or Air Force

The respective military authority, with the opportunity
of the case, will inform the military personnel about the uniform

The Army Personnel Command (COPERE)
will prescribe the appropriate dates for the use of the
winter or summer uniforms in the garrison
from Lima; in the other garrisons, it will be regulated
by the respective Commander of Arms.

The military garments that are no longer in use must
to be destroyed, for no reason will they be deformed
to give them another use.
Section II. THE UNIFORMS
2.2 Classification of uniforms
The uniforms worn in the Army are of two types:
a. Basic uniforms: They are for general use.

military personnel from some agencies of the
Army, due to specialty, branch, function or
tradition

2.3 Of complementary garments and their use

mandatory for military personnel, which complement
to the uniforms.
b. Of the gloves
The black leather gloves are worn with the
uniforms of the basic series No. 1 and 2, in
official ceremonies during the season of
winter.

The sky blue beret, with its respective
emblem on the circular base of color
celeste will be used exclusively by him
military personnel who has been designated to
carry out peacekeeping missions in

basic 2, for the activities

3) From the patch type label.
a) The UNIPAT uniform has two (02) labels of
patch fabric 12 cm long by 2.5 cm
in width. A label will be placed on the
upper edge of the right pocket of the
Polish, with the inscription of the surname
FATHER IN UPPERCASE LETTERS, EMBROIDERED WITH
thread of the same color as the uniform; the other
the label will be placed on the top edge

b) When military personnel perform functions
of the inspector, within the System of
Army Inspectorate will use the label of
INSPECTOR IN CAPITAL LETTERS CONFONDING RED
with white borders and letters, in
replacement of the ARMY label (Fig. 13).

From the coats of arms of the blood group, flag of Peru
and emblem of the dependency where one works
They are used in the uniforms of the basic series No. 2.

From the wallet
1) The envelope-style wallet made of patent leather

2.4 Of accessory garments and their use
a. Denomination
They are those objects, items, or garments that do not
they are considered part of the uniforms
basic special uniforms, but they complement
the wardrobe of these. Its use should be consistent
with the uniform and will be controlled or regulated by the
commands of the GGUU.

b. Of the briefcase and portfolio
It is allowed to carry a briefcase or portfolio, as long as
when the characteristics of its construction are

c. Of the jewels
Only jewelry is allowed to be worn with the uniform.

It is allowed to carry pens with the uniforms of
the basic series No. 1 and 2, as long as the

the aesthetics of the uniform and when the circumstances
they require having this item for their use.
2.5 From makeup and nails
a. Female staff must wear makeup
natural or sober, without altering the use of the uniform.
b. The nails of the female staff must be
medium size, the color of the nail polish must be
transparent or with a French design without decoration

c. The hair will be a natural color.
Section IV. PROHIBITIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONTROL OF
USE OF UNIFORM
2.6 From the prohibitions of the use of the uniform
It is prohibited to alter the design, dimensions, color and
other details of the regulation garments.
b. The use of accessory garments, insignia is prohibited.

c. It is prohibited to wear unmarked jewelry in the
present regulation.
It is forbidden to wear military clothing when one is
civil dress or vice versa.
The 2A barrack and training uniform is for use
exclusive for the various activities within the
military dependencies. Their use outside of the
military dependencies are exclusive for acts of
service, commissions, and official ceremonies. It is
prohibited use for activities of this nature
personal in public spaces and public venues.
f.
It is forbidden to use the training uniform
physical outside the military facilities, as well as in
public transportation.

Section XIII. UNIFORMS OF THE GREAT BAND OF
ARMY
4.29 Generalities
[Link] uniform will be worn by the supervisory staff,
technicians and non-commissioned officers when forming the Great
Army Band, in accordance with the provisions of the
Army General Commander or Commander
of Armas.
The uniform of the basic series No. 1 includes a helmet,
golden laces and international strap, without cover
of gun.
4.30 Classification

the military personnel of the Health Service of the
Army, who work in the different centers of
health of the Institution.
b. The uniforms to be used in the internal service of
military hospitals (HMC, HMR) will be the
prescribed in the present regulation.
c. The campaign uniform for the staff of
officers, technicians, non-commissioned officers, and troops of the Service
from Health, they also carry the insignias of
corresponding health.
4.32 Classification
a. Uniform emergencies, surgical center and

qualified; they are granted by the different schools/study centers of

They are granted by educational institutions, schools, and
dependencies of the Army, as well as by the General Command of
Army, in recognition of distinguished work for personal merit and for
its outstanding discipline, knowledge, and institutional culture.
5.10 Use of currencies
National, foreign and honorary currencies, considered in the
previous paragraphs, are the only ones that should be used in the following
uniformes:
a. Uniforms from the basic series No. 1 and 4, except for the 1E daily
winter, the 1F of summer diary and in the summer riding diary.
b. They will be used permanently: the motto of the High Program
Army Command (PAME), Master's in National Development and Defense
(CAEN) or its equivalents carried out in other Institutes; the currency of the Master's degree
in Military Sciences of the Army Superior War College (ESGE), of the
Army Scientific and Technological Institute (ICTE) or its equivalent, School
Naval War College (ESGN) or Air War College (ESGA);
the uniform of the Joint Staff Program (PEMC), Senior Program
Psychological Operations (PSOS), Advanced Intelligence Program (PSI),
Higher Administration Program (PSA) or its equivalents completed in
other institutes.
c. The officers requesting authorization to carry honorary foreign currency
foreigners will only use it when they visit the school or attend the
embassy or military attaché of the country that granted the currency.
5.11 Location of currencies
a. The emblem of the PAME, CAEN or similar: central part of the pocket
superior right of the Polish.
