FitnessGuide website

Project Goal
Design a simple fitness website that helps beginners explore workout programs, view
trainer profiles, and access basic fitness guidance easily, with login/signup authentication
for personalized access.

Day-by-Day Plan (8 Days)

Day 1 – Start Project & Hero Section

Task: Create a new project in [Link], add a top menu (navigation bar),

and make the first section (Hero) with a big banner, title, and a “Get

Started” button.

Output: Project started with a nice Hero section and menu.

Day 2 – Workout Programs Section

Task: Add 3–6 cards showing workout programs (image + name + short

description). Use pre-built blocks and make them look good on desktop

and mobile.

Output: Workout section is ready and interactive.


Day 3 – Trainer Profiles Section

Task: Add trainer cards with photo, name, and specialty. Arrange nicely in

a grid

Output: Trainers section looks complete and neat.

Day 4 – Testimonials Section

Task: Add 3–5 testimonial cards with user image, name, and quote.

Optionally use a slider for scrolling testimonials.

Output: Testimonials section ready and matching website style.

Day 5 –Contact & Footer Section

Task: Add a simple contact form (frontend only) and footer with social

media links. No backend needed.

Output: Contact form and footer working visually.


Day 6 – Add Login/Signup (Authentication)

Task: Integrate Supabase authentication. Add login/signup buttons in the

menu or Hero section. Test signup, login, and logout.

Output: Users can log in and sign up (authentication works).

Day 7 – Styling, Responsiveness & Final


Touches

Task: Adjust colors, fonts, spacing, hover effects; ensure desktop and mobile

responsiveness and smooth scrolling.

Output: Website polished, visually appealing, and responsive.

Day 8 – Final Presentation

Task: Prepare to showcase FitnessGuide; present live website deploy using

[Link](free), explain features, and demonstrate authentication.

Output: Fully built FitnessGuide website ready for demonstration.
