Job Title: Python Developer

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Pune

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Python Developer with
3–6 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal
candidate should have some exposure to frontend technologies and a
strong grasp of deployment practices, databases, and problem-solving.
Familiarity with [Link] or Kotlin is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services
using Python.
 Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing
elements with server-side logic.
 Understand business requirements and translate them into technical
solutions.
 Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
 Work with both relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases.
 Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
 Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge
sharing.

Required Skills:
 Strong proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks
(e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
 Some experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, React, etc.).
 Good understanding of CI/CD tools and deployment strategies.
 Solid knowledge of RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
 Excellent problem-solving and requirement analysis skills.
 Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Good to Have:

 Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
 Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration
with Kubernetes.

Education:
