Prevention plan
Objective:The prevention plan helps to limit the risks associated with thecoactivity of peoplepresents
on the site of an intervention. It is carried out at the end of a prior visit attended by all the
external intervening companies. This document allows the user company toformalize the
general measures applicable by all external companies, and the measures
specific to each company based on the reality of its future intervention.

In order to select offers based on comparable criteria, it is necessary to specify at the stage of the call

Site plan of the user company mentioning the reception point, access points, roads, and directions.
traffic areas, parking areas, unloading and loading areas (see protocol
of security), storage areas, restricted or regulated access zones, the point of
gathering in case of evacuation, etc.
Interior plan of the premises mentioning the precise location of the construction site, the social areas.
(changing rooms, restrooms, dining hall, infirmary), the authorized perimeter, access routes (vehicles and
pedestrians), emergency exits, restricted areas or regulated access.
General safety instructions: excerpts from the internal regulations, welcome booklet...
Start and end date: to be specified for each intervention (see schedule).
Nature of the intervention: precisely define the scope of the intervention of each EE.
Phases of the intervention: it is about anticipating with the EE the operating methods of its
intervention, with a view to facilitating the identification of risks.
Risks: through the analysis of operating modes, it is a matter of identifying, at each
intervention phase, the risks faced by the personnel of each of the companies
present on the site.
Preventive measures. These measures may concern the following areas:
