Draft base pattern for blouse

The following tutorial shows the image and steps of the front pattern, for the back the only
What you need to change is the width and length of the neckline.

On the back, and if it is a blouse, we usually give it a height of 1.5 to 2.5 cm.
scooped, while the width remains the same as you used in the front.
1.- We draw a horizontal line that we will call line X
2.- We draw a vertical line that we will call line Y
3.- We will mark POINT 1 at the intersection of line X and line Y.
4.- From point 1 downward, we measure the neckline height and mark POINT 2
5.- From point 1 to the right, we measure the neck width and mark POINT 3.
The width of the neck can be replaced by the desired neckline width, for girls of
between 16 and 20 years for example I use 7 or 8 cm)
6.- We connect points 2 and 3 with a curved line in this case (depending on the type of neckline)
We will be tracing how these points will connect, as this is a blouse.
normally the line is curved
7.- From point 1 downwards we measure the shoulder drop and mark POINT 4
I will also provide them with standard measurements for marking shoulder drop by taking into account

Count the other measures we have.

8.- From point 4 to the right, we draw a horizontal (dashed) line.
9.- From point 3 and towards the line we just drew, we measure the shoulder width and
we mark POINT 5
10.- We connect points 3 and 5 with a straight line.
11.- From point 1 downwards, we measure the bust height and mark POINT 6.
12.- From point 6 to the right, we draw a horizontal line (dotted) parallel
To line X
13.- From point 6 and along that line that we just drew, we measure ¼ of bust circumference.
And we marked POINT 7
14.- From point 5, we draw a vertical line (dashed) parallel to line Y, to the point where
If they cross that line and the bust line, we will put POINT 8

15.- From point 8 upwards on that line we just drew, we measure 2 cm and
We mark POINT 9
We take into account half the distance between points 5 and 8 and mark the POINT.
10
17.- From point 10, we insert 1cm and mark POINT 11
18.- We connect points 5, 11, 9, and 7 with a curved line (According to the tool you use
To join these points, it may look different than the one in the image.
19.- From point 1 downwards, we measure the waist height and mark POINT 12
20.- From point 12 we draw a horizontal (dotted) line parallel to line X
21.- From point 12 and along that line we just drew, we measure ¼ of the contour.
from the Waist and we mark POINT 13
22.- We connect points 7 and 12 with a line (We know that our bodies are different,
the line according to the standard should be curved, in this example I marked it straight, that
it's your decision
23.- From point 1 downwards we measure the height of the hip and mark POINT 14
24.- From point 14, we draw a horizontal (dashed) line parallel to line X.
25.- From point 14 and along that line we just drew, we measure ¼ of the perimeter of
Hip and we mark POINT 15
26.- We connect points 13 and 15 with a line (Just like in the case of the waist, this line
It should be curved, but this is also your decision.

In the following image, you can determine which neckline to use based on the midpoint of your bust.

YOU MARK THE LENGTH OF YOUR BLOUSE FROM POINT 1 DOWNWARD AND TRACE A
HORIZONTAL LINE.

WHEN YOU FINISH YOUR PATTERN, REMEMBER TO ADD 1CM ALL AROUND WHICH WILL BE
FOR SEWING.
