Working on seeking attention through appropriate verbal communication or positive gestures.
Using play therapy techniques to encourage Ayaan to express his emotions through words and
actions. Activities include structured role-play, where he practices asking for attention politely,
and sensory play to help him self-regulate and calm down. Additionally, coping strategies and
using "calm down" cues are introduced to manage frustration. Positive reinforcement is used
when he exhibits non-aggressive behaviors.

Developing better emotional regulation and self-soothing techniques to manage stress and
ADHD symptoms. Providing emotional support by being a listening ear and fostering trust with
the child. Stress management techniques, such as mindfulness and relaxation exercises, are being
introduced. Guidance & collaboration with mother, guiding her in creating a stable routine and
emotional support strategies to strengthen the bond and manage his symptoms more effectively
at home.

We are encouraging the child to take ownership of her chores, gradually increasing responsibility
while offering positive reinforcement for progress. Emotional support is being provided to help
her build confidence in completing tasks independently. Activities include using visual schedules
and praise for completing chores without assistance, fostering self-reliance and a sense of
accomplishment.
