WEEKLY SCHEDULE
• MON – Day 1
• WED – Day 2
• FRI – Day 3
--------------------------------------------------------
WHY ARE DAYS 1 + 2 TOGETHER?
Because:
1. Day 1 = lower body (glutes/hips)
2. Day 2 = core + breathing
They do NOT train the same muscles → no overlap → no risk of overtraining.
This allows:
• faster progress
• better weekly consistency
• glutes recover while core is trained
• breathing/cardio improves without tiring your legs too much
If we spaced everything every other day, your routine becomes too slow and progress drops. The
current structure is the most efficient and safe for beginners.
