IT System Implementation Project – Full Dataset

Project Description
This project aims to implement a small IT system for a company, including
system installation, data migration, user training, and system testing before
going live. The project follows the standard project management lifecycle
(Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Closing).
Students must use Microsoft Project to create the full schedule, assign
resources, set costs, create a Gantt chart, and generate project reports.
The goal is to help students practice:
• Defining scope and WBS
• Estimating durations
• Creating dependencies
