About this course:
This course takes you through the basics of setting up your organization
account inZoho Assist, how a remote support session works, and our
integrations with various help desk applications. You'll also gain an
in-depth knowledge of the various deployment methods for unattended
access and the customization techniques available in Zoho Assist.
Who is it for?
Managed Service Providers, System Admins, and Technicians who are
responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of their
organization’s Zoho Assist account.
Training Delivery and Format:
The training sessions will be delivered exclusively in English, using general
examples and use cases from industries such as fitness, automotive, and
education. These sessions are intended to offer a broad overview with
industrial examples—they're not tailored to specific business requirements.
Trainers will not be able to assist in customizing your Zoho Assist for
individual business needs. Each session will run for 2 hours daily over two
days.
