About the Java Programming Internship
➢ Seminar/Guidance:
This internship will provide you the opportunity to work
under guidance and chances to attend several interactive
sessions.
➢ Achievement Certificate:
Once you successfully completed the internship
completion certificate will be awarded.
➢ Open Work Opportunity:
Once you get the completion certificate you can also get a
chance of Multicultural and diverse working environment
is available for intern.
➢ Basic requirements:
You’ll use your own computers with internet connections
and coordinate with your team members through Telegram
and LinkedIn.
➢ Unpaid Internship:
An unpaid internship is an opportunity for students or
individuals to gain valuable work experience in their field
of interest without receiving a salary. It usually lasts for a
specific period, and the intern is expected to learn new
skills and gain practical experience under the supervision
of mentors.
➢ Flexible working hours:
Working from home during an internship requires Self -
discipline, time management skills, and strong work ethic.
While the tasks assigned may be easy, it is essential to
approach them with diligence and professionalism to make
the most out of the internship experience.
INSTRUCTIONS
➢ Improvement of LinkedIn Profile:
Enhance your LinkedIn profile to improve its overall
quality and effectiveness. Share your completed task
video (minimum 30sec clip) on LinkedIn. It is
MANDATORY FOR ALL.
➢ Requisite task for Intern:
You are required to accomplish a MINIMUM of 3
TASKS from the list of assigned tasks provided within
your internship program.
➢ Maintain a separate GitHub repository (name as Logical4Bits
for all the tasks and share the link of the GitHub repo in the
task submission form (it will be given later through email).
➢ You can refer to online resources such as Google Search and
read tutorials. Watch videos (For Help).
SUBMISSION
➢ A TASK SUBMISSION FORM will be shared later through
email. Till then please continue your task.
➢ A video need to be created to showcase your work, a demo
of your effort.
➢ For the Java Programming internship, you will need to
complete at least 3 tasks for successful completion of the
internship. The video can be hosted on LinkedIn for proof of
your work and to build credibility among your peers. You can
tag Logical4Bits in such posts.

TASK TO PERFORM

Task 1: Logical Programs
a. Fibonacci Series Generator: Create a program to
generate the Fibonacci series up to a specified term.
b. Factorization: Develop a logic to find and display
the prime factors of a given number.
c. Palindrome Checker: Implement a function to
determine if a given string is a palindrome.
d. Armstrong Number Checker: Determine
whether a given number is an Armstrong number.
e. Factorial Calculator: Calculate and display the
factorial of a non-negative integer.
Combine all these subprograms into one program using a
do-while loop or switch condition.
Task 2: Expense Tracker Application
a. Track Your Spending: Easily record every
expense, including what you spent, where you spent
it, and when.
b. Stay on Budget: Set spending limits for different
categories or overall, and get alerts when you're
approaching them.
c. Manage Your Money Wisely: See clear
breakdowns of your spending patterns over time to
make informed financial decisions.
d. Protect Your Privacy: Secure your expense data
with a personal login and password.
Task 3: Employee Management System
a. Employee Registration: Administrators can register
and manage employee information, including personal
details and roles.
b. Role Management: Functionalities to add, edit, and
delete employee roles with specific permissions.
c. Attendance Tracking: Keep track of employee
attendance, with options for manual entry and biometric
integration.
d. Payroll System: Calculate and manage employee
salaries, deductions, and bonuses.
e. User Authentication: Ensure data security with
secure login mechanisms and access controls.
Task 4: Online Shopping Cart with Database
Integration
a. Product Catalog: A user-friendly catalog with
product details like name, description, and price.
b. User Authentication: Secure login and registration
system for managing shopping carts.
c. Shopping Cart Management: Add, remove, or edit
items with real-time updates.
d. Checkout Process: Seamless process with address
entry, payment options, and order confirmation.
e. Order History: Users can view a history of their past
orders for reference.
[Link] Integration: Utilize JDBC to connect to
Oracle or MySQL databases for efficient data storage
and retrieval.
