 is a set of programs that run on a computer to perform tasks. Software allows users to interact
with a computer's hardware and applications.

3. Can you operate Computer without the Computer Software? Why?


 No, you cannot operate a computer without computer software; a computer essentially needs
software, particularly an operating system, to function and perform any meaningful tasks,
making the hardware useless without it.

4. How can Computer Software help your business?


 by streamlining operations, automating repetitive tasks, managing data efficiently, improving
communication, enhancing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and ultimately
increasing productivity and profitability; essentially allowing you to work smarter, not harder,
across various aspects of your business like accounting, inventory management, sales,
marketing, and customer service.

5. What are Computer Input devices?


 Keyboard. For entering data into a computer, the keyboard is the most common and commonly
used input device
 A computer mouse is a hand-held pointing device that detects two-dimensional motion relative
to a surface. This motion is typically translated into the motion of the pointer on a display,
which allows a smooth control of the graphical user interface of a computer.

 Projector Uses light and lenses to project images, text, and videos onto a large surface.
 Speakers Receive audio input and produce sound output. Speakers can connect to a
computer wirelessly or through a cable.
 Headphones Allow users to listen to audio from a computer, and can connect wirelessly or
through a cable.
 Printer Produces text and graphics on paper. Printed information is often called hard copy.

7. Where is the other Board located?


 A computer motherboard may be found inside a computer casing, which is the point of
connection for most of the computer's elements and peripherals. When it comes to tower
computers, one may look for a motherboard on either the right or left side of the tower; the
circuit board is the most significant.

 The internet can significantly help a business by enabling online sales through e-commerce,
reaching a wider customer base, enhancing marketing and advertising capabilities through
digital platforms, improving customer engagement through online communication channels,
boosting productivity with cloud-based tools, and facilitating research and data analysis to make
informed business decisions.
