As per CBSE guidelines, you are required to submit Practical/Project file as a part of CBSE practical
examination.

Note:
Take printouts and assemble in a file properly. Font Style and size should be Times
New Roman and 12 respectively.

Summarized data reports of same can be presented in Base. Input should be taken using Forms and
output should be done using Reports in Base.
1. Consider the following table Bike Brand Table with details. (05 MARKS)

i. To create the above table using design view.


ii. To insert the shown records in the table.
iii. To display the names of all the items whose name starts with “A”.

‘Coscore’.
v. To display the Brandname of the item, whose ICODE as “G101”.

i. Identify the data type of each field and also mention primary key.
ii. To display drink codes, names and calories of all drinks in descending order
of calories. Using Query in design view.
iii. To display names and price of drinks that have price in the range greater than
18(including 18).
iv. Design a query for using design view to calculate the total price and counts of drink available.
v. Also suggest the Primary key, candidate and alternate keys in the above table.

3. Perform all the questions using Libre office writer.


a. Difference between primary and foreign key with example.
b. Give example of each of the type of Relationships with appropriate table structures (fields).
c. Explain all the data types of BASE database with example.
d. Write the steps using design view to create a table “Employee” having the following fields:
EmpID (employee id), AadhaarNo (Aadhaar number), Ename (Employee Name), deptt
(Department), Age, Address, Contact_no.Choose the appropriate ‘field’ type for each field.

e. Write a paragraph on the “Role of AI in the Education Sector”. Insert appropriate image
according the topic. Make use of different filters to enhance the image. Write steps also.

4. Perform all the questions using Spreadsheet.


a. Enter the following data in a spreadsheet and perform the Goal Seek operation to know
how much marks are needed in the third semester to score the 70% marks.
b. Anjali wants to summarise and compare the total expenditure of her household for the months of
October, November and December. She has maintained this data in three worksheets as shown
below:

Help Anjali to summarise the total expenditure item-wise in another workbook.

c. Create a macro as a function to calculate the SUM of two numbers by passing arguments.
d. Create a link in your spreadsheet with “[Link]”
e. Write the steps to consolidate data of two sheets given below in third sheet of open office Calc.
