Time Session Objectives

Age 3 - 5
Make them sit in a circle including you all sitting along with them.
Intro : interaction with students
How are you ?
Did you all eat & come ?
What did you do this week ?
Are you all ready for today's session?

Activity 1: Make children sit in a circle and do the following brain drill
(For future as well adding the links)

Activity 2: Rhymes: Make them sing some old rhymes and teach a new rhyme

Activity 3: Find your pair


Material: small chits/cards

1.​ Mix the chits well and ask children to pick one each.
2.​ Once they have their chits tell them to see what they got and ask them not to reveal it to any
one.
3.​ The children have to make the sound of the animal they got and find their pair who got the
same animal.
4.​ Once they all find their pairs ask them to sit down for reflections
Reflections
1.​ How did you know?
2.​ How did it feel when you found your pair?
3.​ Show your friendship. (Shakehand, clap, high-five) with their pair.

Activity-4: What is Wrong?


Materials: What is wrong creative kit

1.​ Make the children sit in groups.


2.​ Give each group a pair or a set of cards.
3.​ Ask them to identify which one is the correct picture.
4.​ Ask them to find out differences in each set.
5.​ Exchange the sets for round two and so on.

Reflections
1.​ Ask them to describe the picture? What color do they see, what shapes etc
2.​ Ask them how they decided which one is the correct picture.

Once children finish the colouring activity in circle make them sing Goodbye song ( Let's
make it a routine for every sunday to sing before they leave)

Activity 3: Find your pair


Material: small chits/cards

1.​ Divide the children into two groups


2.​ Make them stand on opposite sides
3.​ Ask them to pick one chit each.
4.​ Ask them to read what is in the chit and tell them the opposite group has another word that
matches with the other group.
5.​ They can only move towards the group when the volunteer claps or does a similar action.
6.​ Once they reach the other group, they have to find their pair and stand with them.

Reflections
1.​ How did you know?
2.​ How did it feel when you found your pair?
3.​ Show your friendship. (Shakehand, clap, high-five) with their pair.
