Subject: Request to grace Interprovincial Harmony Convention, as Participation, Scheduled to be held on

Respected Sir,

Dera Ghazi Khan, often regarded as the Centre of Pakistan due to its pivotal location and
diverse demographic composition, holds a unique position in connecting the various provinces
of the country. The city’s rich cultural mosaic and historical significance make it an ideal place to
foster national unity and understanding.
In line with this vision, Ghazi University is taking a pioneering initiative to establish an
Interprovincial Harmony Centre (IPHC) at Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan. The proposed
center will serve as a vibrant platform for promoting interprovincial dialogue, cultural exchange,
and collaborative research on themes of national integration and social cohesion. It aims to
become a hub of academic, literary, and artistic activities that celebrate the cultural diversity of
Pakistan while strengthening the bonds of unity among its people.
To mark the inception of this important initiative, an Interprovincial Harmony
Convention has been scheduled on October 23–24, 2025, at Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan.
The event will bring together scholars, policymakers, artists, and youth representatives from
across the country to share ideas and experiences that contribute to building a more inclusive
and harmonious Pakistan
