The company ConstruBajio needs to know the cost of the cabling for its network in the buildings, for
which will take into account the budget assigned for its implementation, for
which will look for materials with accessible costs and good quality. This activity will help us to
knowing how to distribute the equipment by looking for the ideal place for its installation and that this does not
suffer an additional expense due to excess wiring. We will also know the costs in the market and
This will calculate the costs of the cable to be used and the connectors.
DEVELOPMENT
What type of cable will you use for each network segment?
UTP 5e network cable.
What type of connectors and how many will be used?
56 RJ45 connectors will be used to connect the equipment, switches, and access points to
to use
Where will the segment equipment be located within the buildings? Make a
diagram.
What would be the total cost of the wiring? Break down the items?

CONCLUSION
It is very important to identify what the best location is for the
installation of equipment, since this intervenes in a way
directly affects the total cost of installing a network, as it is taken
