I'm pleased to write this recommendation in favour of Mr. Mohammad Bilal.


Being his Major project guide, it's my pleasure to write in support of Mohammad
Bilal who seeks to study for Masters in Civil Engineering. His ambition is well
justified by his best academic performance throughout the course.

I have known him well for the past two years and he had been under my
guidance on his Major project titled "EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MECHANICAL
PROPERTIES OF CONCRETE USING FLY ASH AND HARD WATER" .1 have seen the
rigour with which he worked on the project and was impressed by his hard work.
It was a substantial project were he have shown his creative skills. His way of
Power Point Presentation of the major project was really inspiring and clear
minded. His reasoning reflected his understanding and quest for knowledge.

He has always mentioned his personnel thoughts before me and I acknowledge


his interest in research in field of Civil Engineering. With his best graduate
studies at best university from USA will surely help him extend his interest
research and will make us proud.

I believe that Mohammad Bilal will excel at your university and extend valuable
