PROJECT TITLES
As a member of a Web Development Team consisting of 3-4 people, you have been assigned
to develop a website for a student organization. The objective is to create a platform that
serves both members and non-members seeking information, activities, and resources.
The student organization must fall into one of the following categories:
i. Academic and educational
These organizations are typically founded on specific fields of study, such as
accounting, programming, mathematics, linguistics, etc. Students can participate in
events, forums, or programs that help develop their skills and gain valuable
experience.
ii. Sports
Organizations that encourage participation in, promotion, and support of a particular
sport at the university, such as football, basketball, swimming, tennis, etc.
iii. Art and Recreation
Organizations that bring together students with common interests in hobbies such as
camping, dancing, hiking, or rock climbing. These organizations offer opportunities for
both on-campus and off-campus activities.
iv. Cultural & International
Organizations with memberships primarily composed of international students. Their
purpose is to provide social activities, cultural awareness, and other activities that
support and enhance the international student experience.
v. Health and Wellness
These organizations promote healthy habits and work towards creating a desire to
maintain a healthy lifestyle in society. Examples include veganism, fitness, and support
groups for smoking and alcohol addiction.
Your group is required to design and develop a fully functional website. The website must
demonstrate good usage and appropriateness of multimedia elements. You are expected to
provide suitable interfaces by applying design principles and a fully functional navigation
component. Multimedia elements and JavaScript must be included on the website for
interaction and presentation. While you will need to meet various implementation
requirements, the actual content of the website is entirely up to you.

Each team member is expected to contribute equally to the project. Cooperation is essential
to ensure the project’s successful completion. As a collective effort, the entire group is held
accountable for its success.
