I. Introduction:

The internship is a great necessity for interns because it allows them


to establish a well-defined complementarity between basic knowledge
theoretical and practical.

Agricultural Value of Tadla (O.R.M.V.A.T) in FKIH BEN SALAH, at Service

II. Presentation of the O.R.M.V.A of Tadla:

The Regional Office for Agricultural Development of Tadla (O.R.M.V.A.T) is


a public institution, placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and
Maritime Peaches.
Created in 1966 in FKIH BEN SALAH by royal decree n° 828-66 of
October 22, 1960, he is responsible for promoting hydro-agricultural works, ensuring the
management of irrigation networks
and drainage and
the framework of agriculture.
Its area of action overlaps
on the Provinces of Béni Mellal,
Fquih Ben Salah and Azilal. She
encompasses 20 Rural Communes
and 5 Circles to know: Fquih Ben
Salah and Souk Sebt (Province of
Fquih Ben Salah, Ouaouizerth and
Bzou (Azilal Province).
The total area of the operational zone of the ORMVA of Tadla is estimated at
36000 ha of which 97000 ha are irrigated by large-scale irrigation and 17000 ha by
average hydraulic pumping (AHP) and 8800 ha per pivot.
The Regional Office for Agricultural Development of Tadla ensures its

operating through its own revenues, primarily from royalties


in irrigation water and has been self-financing since 1987.
Its population amounts to 560,000 inhabitants, including:

Urban population: 120,000 inhabitants.


Rural population: 440,000 inhabitants.

The resources of the O.R.M.V.A of Tadla come mainly from the
creations related to services rendered to third parties, (irrigation water, participation
direct, various services). He is responsible for promoting and pursuing any
action aimed at improving agricultural productivity in an area that extends
on an area of 320,000 hectares of which 97,500 hectares are under major irrigation
and bringing together 58,000 farmers.

3. Structure and organization:


3.1. Organizational Chart:

The management of the ORMVA of Tadla is ensured by a Director assisted by the


Heads of three operational departments (DDA–DA - DGRID).
The heads of two functional departments (HR–Finance) and the three
Services directly attached to the Directorate (SMG–SAIGC–SI).
At the departmental level, tasks are shared among the structures of
headquarters and those of the field: 5 Agricultural Development Districts, 31
Management of Irrigation and Drainage Networks and 12 Management Centers
Networks (CGR).

c. The Human Resources Department:
This department is responsible for:
