Integrated Activity on Biodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Business Concepts

Instructions:
1. Form groups of three (3) members.
2. Each group must identify and document three (3) plant species and two (2) animal species found within their
immediate surroundings (e.g., campus, home, community).
3. Use the table provided to record the following for each species: local/common name, scientific name (if
available), habitat, and brief description or photo/sketch.
4. After listing the species, answer the follow-up questions related to the importance of biodiversity, threats,
and adaptations. Responses should be clear, concise, and written in complete sentences.
5. For the final component of the activity, each group must propose a simple eco-friendly business [Link]
business activity will create a product or service that would help biodiversity. This should include:
a. Business Name with Logo
b. One-sentence business concept (product or service related to biodiversity conservation)
c. Target Market
d. Environmental Benefit (How will the business help preserve or protect biodiversity?)
6. Groups may use visual aids such as posters, manila paper, printed infographics, or other creative materials
to support their presentation. If using digital designs or slides, ensure that a printed copy is prepared, as it
will serve as your visual material for class presentation and marketing display.
7. Presenting groups will be selected at random, so all groups must be prepared to present their work when
called.
8. Use this file format as your guide for your submission. Save the file in PDF FORMAT with the file name:

9. The deadline is on November 6, 2025, 5PM. No further extensions. Submit to my email:
