Particularities
• The Multec 700 central units are all the same; the only difference is in
cal (Calibration Memory).
• Drive Bico - Commercial - IRF 540 N or IRFZ34N.

Common defects:
•Failure in the fan relay drive;
• I want contact on the terminals of the secondary drive of the injector and pump.
causing failure when moving the ECU. It is necessary to re-solder the
you finish.
• Indication of 'locked' temperature may be a failure in the interface of
temperature
• Fan running continuously, it may be a bad contact on the processor.

Cooling system test

When the vehicle has A/C, it has 2 cooling speeds.
Pins A3 and C1 of the ECU.

When there is no A/C, it will have only 1 speed – Pin C1 of the ECU.

• Procedure 1
o Remove the mention;
o Feed the ecu;
o The V2 is activated - Pin C1 ECU.

• Procedure 2
o Simulate the temperature of 90 to 95°C;
o The V1 is activated - Pin A3 ECU (When there is A/C);
o Simulate the temperature above 100°C;
o The V2 is activated – Pin C1 ECU.

Observation:
When turning off the ignition, the ECU activates the stepper motor, that is, it stops.
to test the drive, just turn the ignition on and off. And test with the oscilloscope.
