REX Series Temperature Controller Manual
REX Series Temperature Controller Manual
Wire notice
• To prevent damage or failure of the instrument, choose a cable of
adequate power supply and fuse at the input/output to avoid impact from
current.
• To prevent electric shock or instrument failure, connect only after the
conclusion of all the spinning work.
• Do not modify the instrument in case of fire, explosion, or damage to
instrument. Places with flammable, flammable gas, vapor emission are
inappropriate places for the instrument.
• To prevent accidents or instrument failure, do not alter the instrument.

INSTALLATION
Precautions
1. Instrumentation installed in the following environments
Atmospheric pressure: 86-106kba
●Umidade do ambiente: 0-50°C
●Temperatura ambiente: 45-85% RH
2. Pay attention to the installation in the following circumstances
Drastic changes in ambient humidity can cause condensation.
Corrosive, flammable gas
Direct vibration or shock theme structure
Water, oil, chemicals, smoke or vapor from pollution
Salt dust or excessive metal powder
Direct sunlight
the accumulation of heat radiation
Installation process
Make a rectangular cut to install the meter.
2. Instrument installation, the distance between the left and right holes must
be greater than 25mm, one or two holes below the distance must be greater
that 30mm.
3. Place the instrument inside the cut.
4. Make a cut in the panel for the support mounting.
5. Check if the mounting bracket is secure to tighten the screws.
Wire Connection
Wiring
Thermocouple input, you should use the corresponding compensation wire.
(2) RTD input, use low resistance and without resistance difference among the 3
connections
The input signal line must be far from the power cable.
instrument, power supply, and load lines to avoid short circuit
The instrument's power cord is generally not the interference of
power line, as interference, the noise filter should be used, and
using a filter to be observed the following:
Configuration mode:
In normal display state SV/PV, click on the 'SET' button, if the SV LED
flashing means it is the selected number when pressing < changes the
selected number, pressing ˄ or ˅ changes the value, when finding the
Desired temperature digits click the 'SET' button the meter returns to
for the normal display state SV/PV.
Note: It displays the native response feature when the parameter configuration
the operator modifies the operation does not return to display mode
main, the instrument will return to the main view
automatically after 30 seconds, the changed parameters are not saved.
Meter read before use or modify the parameters. The following processes,
as an instrument without such function does not display this content.
