Below are the most common problems that affect children in their journey of
development. Many of these characteristics are normal and temporary as long as they do not manifest
with high values in terms of intensity, frequency, and duration. Please respond by evaluating the
child's behavior during the last month. For each item, ask yourself: 'How often does this occur?'
