In Slide 2:
Create a bullet list and a numbered list as below.

o Initial Assessment
▪ Check vital signs
▪ Record patient history
• Current medications
• Allergies
• Previous medical conditions
▪ Document chief complaint

1) Administrative Process
• Verify insurance information
❖ Primary insurance
❖ Secondary insurance
❖ Co-pay collection
• Obtain consent forms
• Assign room and bed

In Slide 3: Indents and Line Spacing


Apply a left indent of 0.5" in the first 2 lines in the paragraph.

Change line spacing to 1.5

Adjust indent and line spacing in the last 2 lines in the paragraph.

In Slide 4: Inserting Pictures


Insert a picture from file or one online picture related to Almana hospital.
In the right-side insert Hospital logo picture on your slide. Apply the following:
• Crop it into a oval
• Add a picture style (e.g., drop shadow or reflection)
• Add a border color of your choice
In the Left side the picture of the hospital building Apply from your choice
• Format
• Picture Styles
• Experiment with different picture effects.

In Slide 5: Shapes :

Create a "Hospital Organizational ":

1. Use rectangles for each position box


2. Add text inside each shape
3. Use lines or arrows to connect the shapes
4. Create hierarchy: Hospital Director —+ Department Heads (Medical, Nursing,
Administration) —+ Department Staff

Insert the following shapes:


• Rectangles with text inside
• Arrow pointing to the rectangle
• A smiley face
Change the Following :.
o Change shape fi11 colours and outline colours
o Apply shape effects (glow, shadow, 3D)
o Align and distribute shapes
o Group multiple shapes together
o Rotate shapes
In all slides: Animating Text and Objects
Apply these animations:
• in slide 1 make a title fade in
• in slide 5 make a shape fly in from left
• in slide 4 make a picture zoom in
In Slide 6: Inserting Video
Insert a short video in the left side content (from your device)
Insert any audio clip in the Right-side content
