machines. UiPath Clipboard AI is a standalone application which helps in data entry, acting as an intelligent copy-
paste assistant. By understanding the structures of your content, Clipboard AI transfers data between documents,
spreadsheets, and applications, etc., and automatically inserts the data into the right places. Clipboard AI is ready
to go once you install it, empowering you to take advantage of automation without any coding or programming
knowledge. UiPath Clipboard AI is a standalone application which helps in data entry, acting as an intelligent

PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Each problem statement component rests upon a researcher’s knowledge of the current literature about their
research topic. In each area, a researcher must move beyond citing sources piecemeal and describe the current
discourse around their research problem Merriam and Tisdell (2016). To write problem statement that is effective,
these individual elements must be clearly articulated and artfully woven together. Researchers can view
summaries and categorize articles based upon which part of the problem statement to which they apply. Some
articles will provide context, others will show what researchers have discovered about a problem. Still others will
show why addressing a specific problem is necessary (significance). Of course, articles may contain material that
address all three facets of a problem statement.

These steps include:

o Once installed, a small floating window will appear on the screen, which will be used for the copy
paste automation.

o Open the Excel file containing the records that need to be transferred.
o Select all records from the first cell to the last cell (use Ctrl + A for full selection).
• Access the Web Application:
O Open the RPA Challenge web application or the relevant web form where the data needs to be
pasted. o Navigate to the INPUT FORM tab or the specific section of the form where the data will be
entered.
3. Data Copying Using Clipboard AI:
• Copy the Data:
o In the Excel sheet, select the entire range of data (or use Ctrl + A). o On the Clipboard AI
floating window, click on the COPY CELLS button to copy the data from Excel.
• Prepare for Pasting:
o Once the data is copied, go to the web application with the RPA Challenge form or any form where
you want to paste the data.
o Ensure the fields in the web form are ready to accept the pasted data.
4. Data Pasting Using Clipboard AI:
• Auto-Mapping and Pasting:
o In the Clipboard AI floating window, click on the PASTE TEXT button to paste the data into the
relevant fields of the web form.
o If a pop-up appears with a PASTE DATA button, click on that button to confirm.
• AI Recognition of Fields:
O Clipboard AI will automatically identify the relevant fields in the web application
(e.g., Name, Address, Email, etc.) based on the data from the Excel sheet and map them
accordingly.
o The AI will paste the data into the correct fields without any manual intervention.
5. Handling Multiple Records: • Data Processing for Multiple Rows:
o For forms requiring the entry of multiple records (e.g., customer data, transaction details),
Clipboard AI will automatically repeat the process of identifying and pasting the data for each
record in the Excel sheet.
o After each record is pasted, Clipboard AI will show a pop-up confirmation window, notifying the
user that the data for that record has been successfully pasted.
o Click on the PASTE DATA button to continue pasting the next record.
• Repeat Until All Data is Processed:
o This process will continue until all records from the Excel file have been pasted into
the web form.

WORKFLOW:
STEP 1:
Open this URL - [Link] in the details and click on download
button. Go to your download folder and double-click the installer to launch the installation wizard. Select
whether to launch Clipboard AI on Windows start. The checkbox is enabled by default. Read and accept the
License Agreement and select Next.
STEP 2:
Select Install to click to begin the installation. Click back to review or change any of your installation.
Click cancel to exit the wizard. Ready to install UiPath clipboard AI.
STEP 3:
To process the UiPath clipboard AI. Loading the status to wait while the setup wizard installs UiPath
clipboard AI. While status is fully installing UiPath clipboard AI and then move to next.
STEP 4:
Complete the UiPath clipboard AI setup wizard. click the finish button the exit the Setup wizard
and to run the clipboard AI. Then move to finish the UiPath clipboard AI.
STEP 5:
Clipboard AI is being installed. Open UiPath Studio. Create a new process or open an
existing one where you want to implement clipboard automation. When see the window like this.
STEP 6:
If you need to work with the clipboard, you can use the built-in Clipboard activities available in
UiPath. To add them. In the Activities Panel, search for Clipboard. Drag the Get from Clipboard or Set to Clipboard
activities into your workflow based on your needs.
STEP 7:
Open this URL in any browser - Clipboard AI - Copy Paste Automation | UiPath. Fill the
form and download the Clipboard [Link] file . Install it as per the guidance document attached along in
this project folder . Once after installation, you can see a small window like this
STEP 8:
Open this URL in any browser - Rpa Challenge . Open INPUT FORM tab in that web page. Open
the excel file attached along in this project folder. Copy the entire record like this from first cell to last cell or
press CTRL + A
STEP 9:
Then in that floating window click COPY CELLS button. Now go to the opened browser with RPA
CHALLENGE website. With floating window click on paste text. If you get any pop up with PASTE
DATA button, then press that button.
