Greetings!

We, the OLRAM CYCLING TEAM, would like to request your good office to excuse Jerome J. Panergar
a college student athlete of Tanauan Institute under BS CRIMINOLOGY 3-0 class from November 27,
2025 to November 29, 2025 as a part of his participation to the upcoming national cycling
competition “LARGA PILIPINAS 2025” that will be held in Nampicuan province of Nueva Ecija.

Jerome will be a part of Road Bike category that will compete in the Road Race and Criterium event
representing the Town of Bay, Laguna and also the school Tanauan Institute.

As their coach, it is my duty and responsibility to ensure their safety and comfortability during their
participation to the said event.
