Threading and Coating Machine Specs

The document outlines technical specifications for filleting and coating machines, detailing stitch types, mechanisms, and needle requirements. The filleting machine operates at speeds of 3500-5000 RPM using various thread types, while the coating machine runs at 6000 RPM with automatic lubrication. Both machines utilize specific needle calibers and mechanical elements for stitch formation, emphasizing the importance of thread tension and material handling.

ACTIVITY TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THREADING AND COATING MACHINES

APRENDIZ: DANIELA SÁNCHEZ SALAZAR SHEET 2394346

Filleting Machine

Stitch type: group 500 (ISO 4915)

motorDirect Drive
automatic lubrication
Thread used: natural or synthetic fiber thread. The thread depends
of the fabric to work on.
Working speed: 3500-5000 RPM

MECHANISMS
Needle bar - holds the needles and provides the movement in
vertical for the formation of the stitch.
Tensors - adjust the tension of the threads.
Tirahilos - feeds the threads into the needles and helps with the adjustment of
tension
Lubrication – oil sight glass.
Differential feeding - regulates the drag system of the
material.
Loopers - they activate with the rotation of the steering wheel.
Presser foot lifter
The presser foot applies pressure on the worked material to
adjust the filleting.
Cutting blades - fixed blade and movable blade that make
trimming of the excess material (right side of the fillet).
Stitch regulator - adjusts the number of stitches in a certain
seam length.
