RESEARCH METHODOLOGY - EXAMPLE OF STATEMENT OF THE

PROBLEM
THE STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM (or RESEARCH PROBLEM) is what
que contiene el marco lógico, esto es, las causas, consecuencias y pronóstico del
study that is reflected in the title.

For the drafting of the Problem, logical reasoning of deduction is used, it is

to say, to go from the general to the particular. It does not only point out what the problem consists of that
it is investigated, but also CONTEXTUALIZED. That is why it is said: to go from the general
specifically.

It is understood that, for example, it is drafted by referring to the selected theme or topic at the level
(the international context or field), then, national, continuing at the local level, to
finally, reaching the place where this problem is observed.

If the problem, understood as a variable or category of study, is for example, a service

of deficient school tutoring; it should begin by writing about the situation of tutoring to
international level, then what is the reality perceived in the country (in which it is located
the University); then at the local or regional level to which the institution belongs; and
finally, to expose concretely and concisely the problem in the educational institution.

Regarding the number of pages suggested for this subtitle, in general, it can
to be finalized in 3 or at most 4 pages. Subsequently, the writing of this first one is presented
part of the research project. The coded paragraphs from number 1 to 4 are the
international trend; from 5 to 7 corresponds to national level; 8 refers to level
local, and finally, from the 9th to the 12th is at the level of the institution where the problem was observed.

PLAYFUL ACTIVITIES AND THEIR IMPACT ON SOCIAL MATURITY IN CHILDREN
SIMONCITO INITIAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

FRAMING OF A PROBLEM SITUATION

Education at all levels is transforming, undergoing significant changes

paradigms are no longer based on the conception of teaching-learning as transmission
and observation, but currently, it is oriented towards an active and participatory model,
permitiendoestablecer nuevas estrategias para el aprendizaje: un “aprendizaje
significant.

(2) A necessary condition to achieve these learnings is that the methodology used
use concrete, experiential experiences. For example, considering the
playful activities, which allow students to develop their heuristic potential;
their ability to analyze, to synthesize; turning into true spaces where the child
Live, feel, and enjoy your existence with full freedom in a motivating and pleasant way.

In the educational context, there is an essentially instrumental conception of the

playful activity, whose pedagogical practices tend to use its expressions such as:
the theater, music, dance, sports, etc., in some cases as strategies for
solving learning problems (understood in reality, to learn content)
specific to the disciplines of knowledge, and in others, to solve attention problems
and motivation as well as issues related to coexistence and aggression of the
students in early childhood educational institutions.

In response to this, the current trend in the educational field is to place greater emphasis on
playful activity for considering it as a fundamental part of the human dimension, not as
not a science, nor a discipline, and much less a new trend; but rather a trend of form
of life, in the face of everyday life; that is to say, it is a way of relating in the
society in those everyday spaces where enjoyment and pleasure are produced, accompanied
from the relaxation produced by symbolic and imaginary activities such as play.
presents, for example, the sense of humor, art, and other activities (dance, love, affection),
que se produce cuando se interacciona con otros, sin otra recompensa que el disfrute que
produce said events.

In that context, it is perceived that the educational system in Venezuela has also suffered.
Significant transformations in the first decade of the 21st century. Currently, the debate
educational in recent years on methods, techniques, and strategies of
learning, highlighting the competencies and playful activities capturing the most
attention, especially in the school curriculum. In this way, it focuses on the Design
Curricular Nacional 2006 valora esta estrategia, al incluir con mayor acentuación en
comparison to previous curriculum designs, playful activities in various areas
de desarrollo y para los distintos ciclos, dada sus diversas ventajas y aplicaciones
what it offers.

Additionally, children, due to their predominantly active nature, need play to

build their own identity and subjectivity. At an early age, play is physical and
sensorimotor, which allows the development of motor skills, structuring of their body and
of space, as well as the knowledge and progressive understanding of reality. Through
through the game, the child will discover and learn the pleasure of doing things and sharing with
others. It is one of the most important ways to express its most varied
feelings, interests and hobbies.
In this same vein of thought, it is considered that play is the first level of form.
collective participation or associative activity, where there is no true division
of roles and organization in social relationships in question; each player acts a little
as he wants, without subordinating his interests or actions to those of the group. Later he has
the competitive activity place, where the player enjoys interacting with one or
several colleagues.

(8) Likewise, it can be perceived in local educational institutions of the municipality of Maracaibo.
from the state of Zulia, where recreational activities are becoming increasingly relevant and important
educational process, as they are essential for creating true spaces in
where the child lives, feels, and enjoys their existence in society with freedom. This would be the
explanation of the increase in expectations and interest in understanding, analyzing, and interpreting
the playful activity, allowing a transcendental change in teaching.

Unfortunately, the Simoncito educational unit represents a different reality.

despite the importance of these recreational activities, there is a perceived lack of
application of the same, resulting from the little knowledge that is had about the moment
and the way to conduct them. It is considered, for example, incorrectly, that these
playful activities are those games proposed in the modules and books for children, or
that these should only be used at the end of the teaching units, in order to comply
with the curricular program.

This would explain the reasons, or why children in Early Education instead of
carry out properly planned recreational activities, choose to engage in violent games
and aggressive, in which the media also have influence, and that
they even cause damage and physical injuries.

In light of this situation, parents express their concern; however,

they also tend to reduce their participation to the continuous manifestation of complaints,
without getting involved in the solution to the referred problem, when in reality, given the degree of
identification and closeness that children of this age have with their parents, their
participation in this type of activities would be of great benefit for social development
of the child, since as games promote communication and exchange, it
helps the child to relate to others, to communicate with them and prepares them
for their social integration.
Given the above in this context, it is necessary to analyze to what extent
the participation of parents in the playful activities carried out in the educational field,
It influences the social maturity of children at the initial level, with the purpose of
rethink a new way of working in the classroom, where the actors or protagonists are not
not only the children and the teacher, but also the family itself. In this way, it
it aims to integrate by relating the education received at home and the education received at school
initial. In accordance with the new approaches, trends, and pedagogical objectives of the
Educational Institution, which has the challenge of improving the quality of education.
