Good morning, Toboso! Today is not just another gathering—it is a day of hope, vision, and action.
That’s right! Today we officially launch Project RICHARD—a literacy and numeracy tool that empowers our
learners to read with meaning and count with confidence.
Because Project RICHARD is more than a name—it’s a promise. A promise to help our children Read,
Improve, Comprehend, Harness, Achieve, and Reach their Dreams.
And this is where we need everyone—teachers, parents, leaders, and learners—working hand in hand, believing
that together, we can raise a generation that is both literate and numerate.
Now friends, let’s make it loud, let’s make it proud! Together, let’s declare the heartbeat of Project RICHARD!
But first, let us introduce to everyone our Shared Vision Chant for today.
