The references section should include various source types such as books, journal articles, online resources, proceedings papers, and technical reports. These sources provide a theoretical foundation and contextual support for the project; they must be integrated through proper citation throughout the text, following the IEEE format, ensuring credibility and academic rigor .

The PowerPoint presentation should include slides covering the problem statement, state-of-the-art and their limitations, objectives and work distribution, proposed design and implementation, results and analysis, conclusion, and future scope. It should total a maximum of 15 slides excluding the title page .

The 'Experimental Results and Analysis' section presents data collected during the project implementation and interprets this data to validate the project's objectives. It should include tables, figures, and discussions that clearly present findings, supported by thorough analysis to demonstrate the project’s success and any insights gained .

Students must declare the project is their original work to uphold academic integrity, ensuring they receive credit for their contributions and that any external sources are appropriately acknowledged. This is documented in the 'Declaration' section where students affirm the originality of the work and cite any external material used .

The list of tables and figures should be introduced in appropriate places within the project report. They are part of the materials and methods section under 'Detailed Design', and should be listed along with their titles under the 'List of Tables/List of Figures' section after the Table of Contents .

Content should be arranged sequentially as follows: Cover Page, Acknowledgement, Declaration, Certificate, Abstract, Table of Contents, List of Tables/Figures, Abbreviations, Introduction, Problem Statement & Requirement Analysis, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Experimental Results and Analysis, Conclusion, References, Appendices. This sequence ensures a logical flow and comprehensive coverage, making it easier for readers to follow the research process and findings, enhancing clarity and organization .

The 'Materials and Methods' section describes the tools, techniques, and procedures used in the project, while the 'Detailed Design' section focuses on the architectural and implementation aspects, including working models and diagrams. 'Materials and Methods' lays the groundwork, whereas 'Detailed Design' elaborates on how these components were structured and executed .

The 'Acknowledgement' section recognizes the support and guidance received during the project's development. It is an expression of gratitude to mentors, peers, and any contributors who have assisted in the research, contributing to the professionalism and relational aspect of research work .

The project report should be computer typed using a font size of 11 for normal text, 13 & bold for all main headings, and 12 & bold for sub-headings. It must be typed on A4 size paper with 1.5-line spacing. The margins should be set at 3.5 cm on the left, 2.5 cm at the top, and 1.25 cm on the right and bottom. Page numbers must be printed in Roman numerals for preliminary sections and Arabic numerals for the main content, placed at the bottom center of the page .

References in the project report must be formatted according to the IEEE style. This involves citing books, journal articles, online sources, proceedings papers, and technical reports with specific details like authorship, publication year, and page numbers .
