Speaking:
The student relies heavily on fillers such as ‘uh,’ ‘um,’ and ‘I’ which makes speech unclear and difficult to
follow. Effort in constructing a sentence is seen. More practice in organizing thoughts before speaking is
recommended to reduce filler words.
Grammar:
Student sometimes uses correct prepositions but struggles with consistency. She sometimes uses
incorrect verbs. Verbal use is occasionally correct, showing some progress; however, pronunciation is still
weak and needs focused practice to improve clarity.
Recommendation:
The student would greatly benefit from another round of A2 level lessons, as this will allow more
practice with vocabulary, sentence structure, and speaking skills. Repeating this level will ensure
mastery of the material and prepare the student for more advanced topics.
