Acknowledgment

After completing the courses in the Master's program in English at Quy


Nhon University, our class was given the opportunity by the university and the
Department of Foreign Languages to participate in an internship at the BLUE
PEARL HOTEL NHA TRANG, located at 90-92 Tran Phu, Loc Tho Ward, Nha
Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. This internship allowed us to further explore the
culture and English communication skills that will benefit our future careers.

To complete this internship report, I would like to express my sincere


gratitude and deep appreciation to the lecturers of the Department of Foreign
Languages at Quy Nhon University, especially to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Thị Thu
Hiền and Dr. Bùi Thị Đào, for providing me with the opportunity for practical
experience. I also extend my thanks to BLUE PEARL HOTEL NHA TRANG for
creating the best conditions for me to interact and learn from foreigners, gather
video data, and create a comprehensive internship report. This experience has been
invaluable in enhancing my language communication skills with foreigners in real-
life situations, which is a significant aspect of language learning at the Department
of Foreign Languages at Quy Nhon University.

During the internship and while preparing this report, there were inevitably
some mistakes, for which I hope the lecturers will kindly overlook. Additionally,
due to my limited theoretical knowledge and practical experience, the report may
have shortcomings. I sincerely look forward to receiving feedback from the
lecturers to help me improve and better prepare for my upcoming graduation
report.
