Scene 1: Backstage / Team Planning (2 minutes)
Dakshataa:
In a small town, a group of students is preparing to present their charity campaign. Their
mission: provide books to children who need them most. But nerves are high, and time is short.
(Team members are pacing with papers.)
Kanishka:
The presentation is in ten minutes! Our slides aren’t ready, and we still haven’t finalized the
budget.
Dhanya:
We need numbers and structure. Otherwise, they’ll think we’re unprepared.
Lakshana:
Calm down, everyone! Confidence and teamwork will carry us through.
Kirthik raja:
Relax! I’ve got some fun ideas we can present even without slides.
Dhanush:
I’ll handle logistics. Even if things go wrong, we’ll manage.
Prassana kumar:
I’ll manage the tech backup. Even if slides fail, we’re prepared.
Kanishka:
We’ve practiced. Let’s focus and shine!
Sivakaviyan:
Sometimes, the toughest challenges bring out the best in a team.
Scene 2: On Stage / The Presentation (4 minutes)
(The team walks to the stage. Rahul plays the judge.)
Kanishka:
Good morning. We are here to present our charity campaign: “Books for All.” Our mission
is simple: provide books and learning materials to children who need them most.
Kirthik raja:
We plan community events, online fundraisers, and partnerships with local businesses to
maximize our reach.
Dhanya:
Here’s the budget and logistics breakdown… (shows mimed notebook/paper)
Lakshana:
We’ve planned contingencies, volunteer networks, and partnerships to ensure the campaign
succeeds.
Dhanush:
Even if something goes wrong, we’ve rehearsed all scenarios.
Prassana kumar: (gesturing to mimed laptop/tablet)
Our tech support ensures the presentation runs smoothly, but even without it, we are
prepared.
Thanvanth:
How will you keep donors engaged over time?
Kanishka:
Regular updates, success stories, and recognition events will maintain enthusiasm and trust.
Dhanya:
We track the number of books distributed, children reached, and learning improvements.
Kirthik raja: (humorous aside)
And we promise not to eat all the volunteer snacks this time!
(Audience/judges laugh lightly. Team smiles.)
Sivakaviyan:
Despite nerves, the team spoke with clarity, creativity, and heart.
Scene 3: Reflection / Post-Presentation (2 minutes)
(Team steps down, relieved. Tina and Riya exchange high-fives. Kabir nods approvingly.)
Kanishka:
We were nervous, but speaking from the heart worked. Team effort made this possible.
Lakshana:
Putting your best foot forward isn’t about perfection—it’s about preparation, courage, and
teamwork.
Dhanush:
And adapting when things don’t go as planned.
Thanvanth:
I’m impressed. Your teamwork, creativity, and clarity show real leadership.
Dhanya:
Even unexpected challenges can’t stop a determined team.
Dakshataa:
Riya and her team remind us that success comes from courage, adaptability, and giving your
best effort.
Sivakaviyan:
Whether it’s a charity campaign, a school project, or a life goal, putting your best foot forward is
the key to achievement.
