NAEC INTRODUCTION
Pp.1 My name is Lynn, It’s a pleasure to represent NAEC here today. Thank you for this
opportunity to present our company’s capabilities and some of our notable projects. Over the next
25 minutes, I will walk you through NAEC’s strengths in three key areas: our company
background and expertise, our core product competitiveness, and case studies highlighting our
successful partnerships.
Pp.3 Let’s start with a question: What makes NAEC a trusted partner in global industry? In this
section, we’ll cover our background, our foundation in key industries, and our evolution over
nearly three decades.
Pp.4 Founded in 1996, NAEC drives smart factory innovation by combining intelligence and
digitalization with lean, low-carbon principles. With over 29 years of experience, we provide
Industry 4.0 solutions—including intelligent production lines, smart warehousing and
management systems—supporting diverse industries worldwide, from nuclear and wind power to
construction machinery, serving clients in over 70 countries.
Pp.5 Our approach is tailored to several key industries to maximize our impact.
Pp.6 Next, let’s talk about our journey. How did we get here? Since 1996, we’ve reached key
milestones: developing automated production, robotics, software, and AI research. Each milestone
reflects our commitment to long-term innovation.
Pp.7 Of course, growth requires structure. Here’s a look at our organization, including divisions
like NAEC Automation and NAEC Intelligent Manufacturing, all working toward our mission of
delivering advanced solutions globally.
Pp.8 So, what makes our solutions unique? As an integrated service provider, we combines
process expertise, production lines, and information software. Our Lean Manufacturing Research
Department drives innovation in AI, IoT, and intelligent equipment and production line.
Pp.9 This commitment to R&D is backed by a strong foundation. With over 200 R&D
staff, advanced equipment, and significant investment, we continually push the boundaries of
what’s possible.
Pp.10 Our R&D facilities include centers for product testing and core development, a technology
exhibition space, and a hands-on training center. All these resources are key to NAEC’s
productivity and excellence.
Pp.11 These resources are key to NAEC’s high productivity levels. Our 61,000-square-meter steel
structure factory and additional facilities ensure we meet global demand, achieving productivity
levels up to one billion yuan annually, backed by ISO and CE certifications.
Pp.12 These are some photos of our factory.
Pp.13 Finally, let’s discuss our global reach. With 18 years of international experience, we’ve
completed over 120 factory production lines across 70 countries. We’re proud to serve industry
leaders like McDermott, L&T, and other
Pp.14 These are all onsite photos from our international clinets.
Pp.15 Since 2012, we have delivered nearly 10 projects in the Americas, including partnerships
with renowned Brazilian companies like JSL Brazil. We bring extensive expertise in planning,
design, and after-sales service for complex projects in this region
Pp.17 In summary, NAEC is a leader in digital innovation and intelligent manufacturing, setting
the stage for the next section—how we leverage these strengths to drive product competitiveness.
Pp.18 In this part, let’s dive into our core product strengths. What exactly sets us apart in digital
smart manufacturing?
Pp.19 Guided by Lean Management and Smart Manufacturing principles, NAEC offers
comprehensive digital solutions. But what does this mean for smart factories? By breaking down
value creation into digital units and using advanced algorithms, we optimize the entire production
value chain—from intelligent planning and control to delivery and decision-making.
Pp.20 So, how does this all come together? Our Lean Smart Digital Solution consists of
foundational data collection, production operations management, and decision support. Systems
like APS, MES, WMS, and LES enable fully automated production with seamless digital
integration and control.
Pp.21 A crucial part of this solution is intelligent logistics. Our logistics solution integrates
automation and software to streamline factory logistics, ensuring optimized flow and operational
efficiency.
Pp.22 Now, let’s discuss our product offerings. Our range covers various materials like steel,
aluminum, and titanium, and forms like pipe spools and sheet metal. From raw materials to
assembly, our production lines serve diverse manufacturing needs globally.
Pp.23 Our core product competitiveness in welding technology is built on four key parts:
Pp.24 Here are some photos showcasing our welding capabilities across different industries and
workpieces.
Pp.25 Now, let’s look at how NAEC’s capabilities translate into real-world projects. In this section,
I’ll highlight some of our most impactful partnerships and case studies.
Pp.26 One of our landmark projects is the Zoomlion Industrial Park, the largest single-site facility
in the global construction machinery industry. We played a key role in its development. With a 100
billion yuan investment, this park sets new standards in industrial scale and innovation.
Pp.27 Now Im going to show you two videos. First is Zoomlion Construction Machinery
Intelligent Industrial City (video) Mixer Truck Smart Factory. These facilities showcase intelligent
decision-making, flexible production, and impressive efficiency benefits.
Pp.28 Our capabilities in smart factory implementation are further highlighted by our annual
project capacity. NAEC can deliver two complete factory projects annually, each with five
workshops and ten production lines. In addition, we provide 30 independent intelligent production
lines each year to support customized manufacturing solutions.

sorting area, overhead logistics feeding area, cylinder assembly line, telescopic boom line, base
boom + top-section boom line, and painting entry area
Pp.32 Our active involvement with zommlion continues with major projects across multiple
sectors. We’re involved in projects for Zoomlion’s Mobile Crane, Truck-mounted Crane, Rotary
Drilling Rig, Agricultural Machinery and oil cylinder. Looking forward, we have planned projects
for the Crawler Crane, mining machinery, and Agricultural Machinery set to begin next year
