Product description
Thank you for purchasing our products. We will provide a simple operating instructions
for the machine, which can help you use our machine quickly and safely. Please read
our instructions carefully.
In the instructions for use, we provide you with important product safety operation
specifications and other reference information. In order to ensure your personal safety
when operating this product, and to achieve the best performance of this product,
please follow the following precautions and warnings and other relevant operating
specifications in this manual during operation.
[Link] use this product away from flammable, explosive, dust-free and radiation-
free environment. The recommended working environment temperature is 25℃
±10℃.
[Link] storing and using the machine, please avoid the damage of electromagnetic
field and static electricity, which may damage the electronic devices on the board.
Please ensure that the board is stored in an environment of -20℃ to +40℃ .
[Link] damage to the machine from damp, dust, corrosive and foreign objects.
[Link] product uses CO2 laser source to output laser. Using air cooling, energy
consumption is reduced.
[Link] using this product, please follow the power-on and power-off sequence in the
instruction manual. The specific operation will be described in detail in the manual.

static electricity to the machine.
7. When the machine is not in use, cut off the power supply of the equipment. Ensure
that all electrical components on the machine are in a de-energized state.

you have not purchased it, this step can be omitted
Before using the machine, please install and fix the lifting [Link] shown in Figure 3.1 and
Pic3.2 below:

[Link] operation process
3.1 Please follow the steps below to connect external accessories (take the machine with electric
lifting and rotating shaft as an example), as shown in Pic 4.1 below:
① When using the machine, please connect the ground wire first.
② Insert the lifting motor connector into the lifting interface position.
③ Insert the foot switch connector into the foot switch connector.
④ If the rotary axis function is needed, insert the rotary axis connector into the rotary interface.
⑤ The USB interface is directly connected to the computer.
⑥ Connect the corresponding power supply voltage to the machine according to the voltage
level on the label on the back of the machine.
3.2 Please take off the protective cover of the field lens as shown in Pic 4.1 and Pic 4.2 below:

4. Software driver installation instructions
Note: If you have purchased our computer, the next step can be omitted.
Turn on the key switch on the front of the machine and press the laser power button. If there
is a scan head button, you also need to press the scan head switch before marking. Find the
driver file in the U disk, first connect the USB data cable to the computer's USB port, right-
click the computer, and find the device manager. Click other devices, right-click to update the
driver software, click Browse to find the USB driver file in the driver folder in the U disk, as
shown in the figure below Pic 6.1-Pic 6.4, follow the steps:

[Link] process of turn on and off the machine
Machine power-on process: first turn on the key switch, press the laser power supply, press the
scan head button, connect the USB data cable to the computer's USB port, and open the
software to work. As shown below:
Machine power-off process: Turn off the laser power, turn off the scan head button switch, turn
off the key switch, and cut off the power.
Note: Please cut off the power supply when the equipment is not in use.
6. How to find the focal length
Find the focal length method:
⑴ Find the focal length according to the data of the black label paper on our galvanometer,
measure the distance from the bottom of the bottom to the surface of the workpiece with a
ruler, and adjust the handle above the column (if it is an electric lifting machine, you can find the
focal length by adjusting the lifting knob) , Move the galvanometer up and down to find the
distance on the corresponding label paper, which is the focal length, as shown in Pic 7.8 below.
⑵ If you have purchased a machine with our dual red lights, you can use the handle or adjust
the electric lifting knob to make the two red lights coincide, and you can find the focal length. As
shown in Pic 7.9 below.

This manual mainly introduces the marking method of the basic content. The software has
other functions. In the software manual, the software usage method will be more detailed.
Open the folder where the software is located, find the software icon, and double-click the
icon. As shown in Pic 7.1 below:
Note: If there are multiple lenses, because each lens has been calibrated before the machine
leaves the factory, the corresponding software must be used for each lens. Note that the focal
length of each lens is different, so replace the lens when you change it. Corresponding
software, find the focal length corresponding to the lens.

Double-click the "EZCad2" icon to enter the startup interface as shown in Figure Pic 7.2. Then
the software enters the main interface. As shown in Pic 7.3, the main interface of the

In the main interface, you can find the corresponding graphics in the drawing toolbar
according to your needs, and draw graphics or text as shown in Pic 7.5 below.
You can also click on the file, find the vector file or bitmap file to be imported under the file
drop-down menu, and edit it as shown in Pic 7.6 below.

Edit the object to be processed in the work area, and select the object to be processed, as shown
in Pic 7.7 below. Change marker parameters (for example, speed, frequency, power).
Before changing the speed or power or frequency, click the check mark in front of "Use default
parameters".

Set the marking parameters and adjust the focal length to maximize the laser light output.
Click "red light" or "F1", and the machining table indicates the outline. As shown in Figure 7.10:

Precautions for machine maintenance and use of laser equipment:
(1) The CO2 laser marking machine belongs to the four types of laser products. It is necessary
to prevent the laser beam from directly or indirectly irradiating the eyes or skin of the human
body. When the laser emits light, it is necessary to restrict people not to approach or touch
the laser marking machine to avoid unnecessary harm.
(2) The optical components of the CO2 laser marking machine are all coated with a film, and
no hard contact is allowed during cleaning to prevent scratches.
(3) The laser marking machine is not allowed to run dry without materials.
(4) When the laser fails, stop using it and do not disassemble it by yourself.
(5) During the use of the machine, it is recommended to use a fume purifier to remove the
fume, because too much fume may cause dust or damage to the lens.
(6) The CO2 laser marking machine must ensure good grounding in order to prevent
electrostatic interference and prevent electrical damage.
(7) Field lens and galvanometer maintenance: regularly wipe the X and Y lens inside
galvanometer . wipe the inside and outside of field [Link] method of wiping is to remove
the lens first, wipe it with alcohol and a cotton swab, then wipe it with a dry cotton swab, and
wait for the lens After the alcohol on the lens is completely dried, it is installed and used.
