compared to the previous candle’s volume.

Candle (Selling Pressure in Breakout Candle)
● There Should not be any Opposing HTF SZ near the Breakout of
a valid Trendline
● Entry Point will be Above the close of Breakout Candle
● Stop Loss Point will be Below the low of Breakout Candle
● We should get a minimum RR (Reward to Risk Ratio) of 2:1
before HTF SZ while planning a Breakout Trade.

Rules for Short Positions:

● Trendline Should be Valid i.e, minimum of 3 points or pivots
should be connected.
● Breakdown Should happen with an Increase in Volume as
compared to the previous candle’s volume.
● There Should not be an Opposite Reaction in the Breakdown
Candle (Buying Pressure in Breakdown Candle)

anywhere in between

● We should get minimum RR of 2:1 till Opposing HTF DZ
Probability Enhancers for both Long and Short Position:
● Longer the price is intact between 2 Horizontal lines (Resistance
& Support) & more often it is successfully tested, the more
important and reliable it becomes.

opposing HTF zone.
● Price halts before the Breakout/Breakdown candle.
● Volume increased in the Breakout/Breakdown candle is more as
compared to many previous candle’s volumes.

● Inside Candle should not be too much narrow range
● Price should be in HTF DZ or reacting from HTF DZ

● Engulf Pattern Should form Inside the HTF DZ
● Engulf Pattern should form at the Extreme of Pivot

FOLLOW THE FOOTPRINTS STRATEGY
(FTF STRATEGY)
Rules for Long Positions:
● Price should be coming from a Best or Average Quality HTF DZ
(75 mins/ 125 mins/ Daily) or Pro-Gap Up or the Trend in HTF
(75 mins/Daily) is Up
● If the Trend condition in ITF is Up then Look for Continuation or
Reversal Pattern LTF DZ
● If the Trend condition in ITF is Sideways then Look for Look for
Reversal Pattern LTF DZ at Extreme
● If the Trend condition in ITF is Down then FTF Trade Not Possible
● Identify Demand Zone in LTF (5/10/15/25 mins) near CMP
● LTF DZ should be Strong, Recent, Fresh and should have an
Achievement
● LTF DZ should be of Same day or 1 day before
● Identify the Supply Zone in LTF near CMP to check RR. (If RR is
equal or more than 3:1 then we can plan the trade. If RR is less
than 3:1 then we have to reject that trade) [Considering
distance from Proximal Line of LTF DZ to Proximal Line of LTF SZ]
[Please Note: This LTF SZ need not be Fresh or Strong or Recent]
● If the Anticipated Trend in ITF is Up then we can trade from
Continuation or Reversal Pattern LTF DZ
● If the Anticipated Trend in ITF is Sideways then we can trade
from Reversal Pattern LTF DZ at Extreme
● If the Anticipated Trend in ITF is Down then FTF Trade Not
Possible
● Entry will be just above the proximal line of LTF DZ
● Stop-Loss will be reasonably below the distal line of LTF DZ
● Target till opposing LTF SZ should be 2:1
[Please Note: This LTF SZ need not be Fresh or Strong or Recent]

Things To Check Just Before Entry :

● There must not be opposing LTF SZ till 3:1 RR. If price is making
LTF SZ while coming to our Entry point then we must get 3:1 RR
till that LTF SZ otherwise we will reject that trade.
● ITF trend should be in our favour.
● Price must not be coming from HTF SZ.
Rules for Short Positions:
● Price should be coming from a Best or Average Quality HTF SZ
(75 mins/ 125 mins/ Daily) or Pro-Gap Down or the Trend in HTF
(75 mins/Daily) is Down
● If the Trend condition in ITF is Down then Look for Continuation
or Reversal Pattern LTF SZ
● If the Trend condition in ITF is Sideways then Look for Look for
Reversal Pattern LTF SZ at Extreme
● If the Trend condition in ITF is Up then FTF Trade Not Possible
● Identify Supply Zone in LTF (5/10/15/25 mins) near CMP

distance from Proximal Line of LTF SZ to Proximal Line of LTF DZ]
[Please Note: This LTF DZ need not be Fresh or Strong or Recent]
● If the Anticipated Trend in ITF is Down then we can trade from
Continuation or Reversal Pattern LTF SZ
● If the Anticipated Trend in ITF is Sideways then we can trade
from Reversal Pattern LTF SZ at Extreme
● If the Anticipated Trend in ITF is Up then FTF Trade Not Possible
● Entry will be just below the proximal line of LTF SZ
● Stop-Loss will be reasonably above the distal line of LTF SZ
● Target till opposing LTF DZ should be 2:1
[Please Note: This LTF DZ need not be Fresh or Strong or Recent]

Things To Check Just Before Entry :

LTF DZ while coming to our Entry point then we must get 3:1 RR
till that LTF DZ otherwise we will reject that trade.
● ITF trend should be in our favour.
● Price must not be coming from HTF DZ.
Probability Enhancers for Both Long and Short Position:
● Confluence with Any Price Action concept (e.g., S&R, Trendline,
Round Numbers, etc)
● We have to check if there are any Level on Level LTF Zones and
according to that we have to take either “Confirmation Entry or
‘Set and Forget’ Entry” or we have to merge the zone and take
deeper entry
● When the LTF zone is at the Extreme of the HTF zone then we
have to place SL beyond the distal line of HTF zone
● We have to check Reward to Risk (RR) till Opposing HTF Zone
when the opposing LTF Zone is beyond Proximal line of HTF Zone
or there is no LTF Zone
