Bismillah Alhamdulillah Wassalathu Wassalamu Al Rasoolillah

Dear leaders, respected mentors, beloved learning masters, guests and honorable

Assalamu Alaikum and / a warm welcome to all of you / to this Induction Workshop on /
“Integrated Learning Master (ILM)” Program.

The late president of India APJ Abdul Kalam once said “Dream is not that which you see /
while sleeping / it is something that / does not let you sleep”

“Dream Big, Work Hard” / is the theme of today’s induction workshop.

How many of you have dreams? How many of you have set goals for your life?

Dreams are magical/-they help us imagine / what we want to be / or do in the future. They give
us big ideas, like becoming a world-famous scholar, / a scientist, / an artist, or / even a
superhero / who

helps people. / Dreams / make life exciting / and give us / something to work toward.

Dreams are the / foundation of every success story. They inspire us / to imagine, motivate us to
set goals / and push us to work / towards a brighter future. / Dreams / give our lives meaning
and direction. /

Every great accomplishment / begins with a dream. Scholars, speakers, Scientists, artists,
entrepreneurs / all achieved greatness / by first daring to dream. / But dreams alone are not
enough/. They require / action, dedication, and resilience. Along the journey, / we may face
challenges / and even failures, but these are / simply stepping stones / to success.

Producing the scholars / from Darul Huda, / capable to spread Islam / all over the world, / in
di erent languages, / was a dream of / our beloved late Bapputty haji, the founder of Darul
Huda ‫لﻼ رحمه‬. Am I right? . He dreamt, / then, we were produced, / he set the goal /and worked
hard / and spent his whole life for Darul huda, / then we were generated.

Dreams are the ideas and goals we imagine for ourselves. They inspire us to become better, to
reach new heights, and to make a di erence in the world. Dreams give us direction and help
us focus on what truly makes us happy and fulfilled. Without dreams, life would be like a ship
sailing without a compass.

Dreams keep us moving forward and excited about the future.

Dear learning Masters, dreams are not just about achieving personal goals—they inspire
progress and change for the better. Let us all dare to dream, work tirelessly, and make our
aspirations come true. Remember, the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of
their dreams.

Let’s check some Fun Tips to Keep Dreaming Big:

a skill, learning something new, or asking for help.

No.4 : Work Hard: Be ready to put in the e ort. Hard work and practice are key to achieving
any dream.

Wherever dreams are, there will be challenges. How can we overcome Challenges While
Following Dreams?

Chasing dreams isn’t always easy. Sometimes, things might not go as planned. But challenges
are part of the journey. They teach us to be strong and to never give up. Let me share some
examples:

Our own beloved Bapputty Haji, he dreamt, worked hard for more than 15 years, and he
achieved his goad before he die, in a time, nobody can dream about the graduates of Darul
Huda from Maanippadam of Chemmad will spread all over the world, 3500 kms away in
Assam and Bengal, UK, USA, GCC Countries and African countries.

Thomas Edison failed more than 1000 times before inventing the bulb. He never gave up. If he
has withdrawn from his e orts, we will be sitting now in darkness.

After retiring at the age of 65, Sanders borrowed $87 from the bank to purchase a fryer and
ingredients for his unique recipe. He traveled all over the country to sell his recipe to
restaurants. Selling door to door, he got rejected 1009 times, but the 1010th
restaurant accepted his o er, leading to the birth of KFC.

These stories show us that hard work and determination can help overcome any obstacle.

The next part of our workshop is general evaluation. Today’s our Master evaluator is Yousuf
Vannarath, who is my mentor and a distinguished toastmaster. He is faculty member in Doha
University for Science and Technology since 2013. He is a very active member of CIGI and a
great supporter and well-wisher of Daul Huda and Hudawies. He has spent hundreds of hours
for the development of ILM Program. Please join with me to welcome our master evaluator
Yousuf Vannarath.

Dear leaders and learning masters,

Dreams are the starting point of a wonderful journey. They inspire us to aim high and work
hard. As students, let your dreams guide you, but remember to enjoy the journey. With
passion, e ort, and positivity, you can turn your dreams into reality. So, dare to dream and
take the first step today—the future is yours to create!
