A very good morning to our honourable chief guest (Dr. Chintan Patel), respected trustee
member ( ), principal ma’am (Mrs. Sheeba Sanjeev), teachers, parents and
my dear students. I (Priyanshi) & I (Sanskri ), we welcome you all to the much awaited Annual
Sports Meet.
A School Sports Day is a red le er day on the calendar. It is a day when students are freed
from their classrooms to jump and run around, freed from the fe ers of learning. It is a day
for mothers and fathers to cheer on their sons and daughters. It’s a day for victories and
defeats, for successes and failures. It teaches us about teamwork & team spirit.
Moreover, Sports Day is a day for celebra ng the spirit of sportsmanship.

It is a moment of extreme pleasure to have our honourable chief guest (Dr. Chintan Patel). He
has done his gradua on (MBBS) from MSU – Baroda and pursued his specializa on (DNB) in
respiratory diseases from Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune. He is the only interven onal Pulmonologist
in South Gujarat doing all procedures of chest. He con nuously updates himself by a ending
several conferences & workshops.
Now I would like to request our respected trustee member ( ) & principal
ma’am to felicitate our chief guest (Dr. Chintan Patel) with a Memento and Shawl as a token
of our gra tude & deep respect.
Now I would like to request our respected principal ma’am to felicitate our honourable trustee
member ( ) with bouquet of flowers.
Now I would like to request our Ramisha ma’am to felicitate our respected principal ma’am
(Mrs. Sheeba Sanjeev) with bouquet of flowers.
 Opening Ceremony
Sports, they say, build character, teach discipline, and unite us all. Today, we come together
not just to compete but to embrace the values of teamwork, respect, and integrity. Let’s make
this event a memorable one!"
Now I would like to request our honourable chief guest, trustee member and principal ma’am
to declare the Annual Sport Meet open.
 March Past
March Past is all about synchroniza on and team work. Marching in a con ngent demands
alertness and an unspoken co-ordina on. The drumbeat rolls, the band strikes up and a high
pitched voice issues a command. The synchronized swing of arms and the thudding feet s r
something within us.
We are extremely glad to introduce the four dis nc ve houses, namely Green House, Red
House, Yellow House and Blue House.
Here the march past begins, right in front marching master as our head boy of the school
(Vansh Yadav) & head girl (Aakansha Yadav) guides the en re parade of cadets.
RED HOUSE - Red House is marching majes cally in front, dressed in red symbolizes passion,
power, sincerity and strength. Followed by the captain (Satyam Choudhary)
BLUE HOUSE - Now watching, the adorable marching of blue house in their blue colour which
symbolizes wisdom, trust, loyalty & strength led by Captain (Henil Patel).
GREEN HOUSE – Now at your sight gracious march of green house dressed in green
symbolizes nature generosity & fer lity led by captain (Ayush Bari)
YELLOW HOUSE – Now watching the adorable marching of yellow house dressed in yellow
symbolize joy, happiness, op mism & idealism led by captain (Divyanshu Thakur)
 Oath Ceremony
It was indeed an exhilara ng spectacle of discipline and unity. Let's give a huge round of
applause for our marchers who made this morning so energe c and lively. As we gather here
today to celebrate the spirit of sports, it’s me for one of the most meaningful moments of
this event the Oath Taking Ceremony.
And now, to lead us in taking the oath, I invite our head boy, along with the esteemed house
captains, kindly raise your right hand and repeat a er him with convic on & pride. I request
all par cipants to kindly stand in a en on & prepare to take oath.
Thank you head boy & all house captains for leading this important pledge. Your words echo
the spirit of dedica on & fair play that defines our school’s sportsmanship.
 Ligh ng the Olympic Torch
Now it’s me to light the Olympic flame which ignite the passion of spor ng spirit. This flame
represented the “endeavor for protec on and struggle for victory. The flame symbolizes “the
light of spirit, knowledge, and life.”
The mo o of our school to remove darkness & enlighten the every corner of the world. Its
me for calling our sport teacher (Sangita Patel) to light the Olympic torch.
The first torch bearer of Olympic flame is (Vansh Yadav) the head boy of our school.
Now the Olympic torch is passed on to Master (Satyam Choudhary) the Red House captain.
Next, it is handed over to Master (Henil Patel) the blue house captain.
The chance of taking over the torch now goes to Master (Ayush Bari) the Green House
captain.
Now, at the last but not the least, the torch is handed over to the captain (Divyanshu Thakur)
Finally the Olympic torch is handed over to our PT teacher (Mayur Bhagat) to keep the torch
in its place.
The flame of peace & harmony is now lit in our school premises & may this light glow to
remove darkness in the lives of all.
 Welcome dance (Nursery & JR KG)
It is a customary to start our event with a graceful and vibrant welcome dance that sets
the tone and spirit for the rest. Now, let’s create an environment of rhythm, grace &
harmony. Please put your hands together as I invite our ny tots from nursery & Jr Kg onto
the stage.

Today, as we gather here, we will see talent, determina on, and the enduring spirit of
compe on merge on this field of dreams.
“Our ny tots are all set to show their energy and enthusiasm. This is not just a race; it’s

Shreyansh) . What an incredible performance we just witnessed.

It’s not about winning or losing but about having fun, making memories & learning

What an amazing display of talent and teamwork we’ve witnessed today in the games. A
