PURPOSE: This part of the Manual defines the objectives to identify the training needs for
activities, that effect Quality and to provide Training in these areas
to ensure that the workforce engaged in specific &skilled task are adequately trained in it.
SCOPE: Covers all activities related to Quality, Job-Oriented skill.
RESPONSIBILITY:
MD is responsible for identification of training needs in technical areas.
The M.R. is responsible for Quality training in accordance to the ISO Standards.
PROCEDURES:
1 Following types of Training are carried out:
a) Job-oriented Skill Training
b) Quality Training
2 All the training needs identified shall be completed within one month from the date of
identification.
3 Job oriented skill training is carried out by concerned Director.
4 All new employees, before they are put onto the work, are given training on Quality Policy
& work Instructions for the job they have to perform.
5 Quality training according to ISO standard are provided by MR.
6 All the IQ auditors shall be trained from outside agencies.
