CRITERIA
A) For general inspection, suspend the Scaffolding ±1.5m above the floor.
B) The wear of a link should be checked at the inner end, where there is friction.

C) In case of doubt, call the Supervision or use Standard No. E.79.023.
D) After inspection, deliver the Check List to the Supervision.

CRITERIA
A) Suspend the chain vertically to observe the total length and check if the links are twisted (it should be with
total length according to Wiring Registration) - see reverse

B) The wear of a link should be checked at the inner end, where there is friction between links.

C) In case of doubt, call Supervision or use Standard No. E.79.023.


D) After inspection, submit the Check List Form to the Supervision.

1) Is the total length of the linga in accordance with the Registration Form? YES NO
Note: if the total length is greater than 3%, scrap the ling (see
annex "Total Length of the Sling" length found maximum length
Attention: If the strap shows any elongation ≤3%, it should be
inspect 100% of the links in the chain

2) Are there cuts or slits? YES NO

3) The internal links of the chain are elongated (use a gauge)?


Note: if the link shows a gap between the link and the template greater than 5%, scrap it. YES NO

4) The links are crushed or worn out (see attachment "Crushed Links or YES NO

6) Is the support link wearing more than 10%?


Note: consult the RUD catalog (Grade 08 or Grade 10), the type of link and its YES NO
dimension (letter "C"). If it is above 10%, scrap the linga.
7) Are the hooks wearing within the established limits?
Note: when reaching the mark indicated on the hook, it means there has been wear of the YES NO

8) Do the hooks have an opening above 10%?
