Essential Chemical Formulas Guide
PREPARATION:
In a large, sturdy plastic container, we add half of the water and then 8 kilos of
caustic soda and we stir it vigorously with a wooden paddle; once this is achieved,
we add oxalic acid under continuous stirring until it disappears;
then we add the sulfonic acid while stirring constantly until we achieve its
homogenization, meaning that the products are well mixed. Besides, in another
plastic container we add the remaining water along with urea, sodium chloride and the
EDTA, we shake vigorously until the products are mixed, finally
we incorporate this mixture into the first one, under continuous agitation we let it sit for
10 minutes space, after this time we add the remaining soda
liquid caustic little by little this is in order to regulate the pH which should be 8º until
neutral. After 2 hours, package this product in plastic containers.
NOTE:
If after 12 hours the detergent is not crystalline, add urea gradually.
dissolved in small amounts of water, this product is what gives it its crystallization.
The detersin-k is a biodegradable, germicidal, bactericidal product used as a material.
essential for the manufacture of disinfectants, liquid detergents, detergents in
powder, ceramic floor remover, industrial degreasers, etc.
CAUTION:
When manufacturing this product, use gloves, goggles, a mask, and appropriate clothing.

we measure the pH which should be between 7 and 10. We package in plastic containers and store.
NOTE: If the pH is too high, reduce it with muriatic acid. Detersin-CR is used in
hospitals and clinics as an excellent disinfectant, bactericide, and germicide, should also be used

PREPARATION:
In a plastic container, mix the arkopal with the detergent-k until achieving its
homogenization, meaning that the products can be well mixed, then we add the varsol
deodorized under continuous agitation (preferably with a mixer). Finally
we add the neodol while continuing to stir, we package it and store it in a cool place.
NOTE:
This product does not have a pH, as it is solely for industrial use.
In hot climates, the product tends to separate a bit; if this happens
increase the amount of arkopal by about 100 more grams.
MODE OF USE:
This product should be applied to the surface with a brush and left to act for a period.
from 10 to 20 minutes, then proceed to remove the product with plenty of water
pressure or steam wash.

arkopal No. 100 about 15 grams.
If you want this wax to shine metal surfaces, floors, wood, etc., incorporate into
the formulation LIQUID EMULSIFIED SILICONE at 60% consistency some
100 grams, this addition increases the costs a little more but results in a super wax
brilliant, of better quality than many that circulate in the market (this wax has
disinfectant power).
